This is my pickup order from last night, a large specialty pizza known as the Bacon Cheeseburger. This is a ~$20 pizza (out the door), not a budget-conscious 'party pizza' with an extra topping or two. It should be loaded up. For comparison, the other image is what the bacon cheeseburger pizza is supposed to look like according to Johnny's.
Notice how little hamburger there is. And mozzarella cheese. I used to make pizza at Johnny's when I was younger, so I know how they're supposed to be made. This ain't it. And I'm not even complaining too much about the burnt sauce around the edge, though that's out of spec as well. I get that putting the hamburger on the pizza is a bit tedious and time consuming, but.. this wasn't during the rush, the store wasn't busy and it wasn't closing time.
I suppose my main gripe with the Johnny's on Gilbert location is lack of consistency. It's a total crapshoot. Just need you guys to care a little bit more...

I received a pizza with raw mushrooms and literally raw dough for my dessert with no cinnamon nor any icing terrible way for pizza night with my kids! Called this morning manager confirmed they have the toppings yet the icing may have dried. I could’ve walked the item back to the store that’s how close I am . Also confirmed they don’t close till 12am so why at 10:48 when I received my order I ordered about 45 min prior so why was my order completely disregarded?! To only receive 7.07 refund?! When I have to recreate this moment again tonight? Time to find a new pizza chain this is how you take care of loyal customers.pictures shortly

Had delivered by grub hub. It actually got here earlier than expected. My disappointment was i ordered 1/2 muffuletta. First time in long time. They must be using a different bread- it was awful! and what used to be over adequately filled w meats… not any more. Even awful olive mix. Like I said… totally disappointed:-(

Pizza was made correctly and fresh but the breadsticks were not cooked thoroughly.

Delicious pizza! Cooked perfectly. The chocolate chip pizza is one of my favorite desserts. The phone rang nonstop. Busy place. A gambling room and everyone gets food to go —not really encouraged to dine in, here. Older building and strange vibe. Grab it to go or hit the drive thru

Pro Johnnie’s Pizza tip stay away from the Gilbert Store and Go to the East Preston Store if you live around Broadmoor. The Gilbert Store employees hate there jobs and it shows however the East Preston employees are 5 - Star Gold and the Pizza is 10/10 every single time.
The only problem I have is that every single time I order I pay for extra pineapple and I never get it. There is hardly any pineapple on my pizza and I paid for a A double and triple amount what do y’all have against pineapple?
