Normally we have no issues with this Johnny’s. We use this store specifically because it is closer to us. Ordered online for delivery, 2 pizzas, a flip & a cookie. Food delivered early, but we were missing the cookie. The delivery driver states he’ll go back and get it for us. Mind you, we live maybe only 4-5 minutes away. We call them at the 20 minute mark, to be told they had to send the delivery driver to another location because they did not have product on hand, it would be another 20-30 minutes before we get our cookie. It has now been TWO hours and they are not picking up phone calls. Will be making a statement to headquarters!! Unprofessional. We were not given an option for a refund OR another product!!

I ordered take out. When placing my or the lady was very kind and nice. She took my order and when I picked up it was AMAZING!! I ordered the calzone type pizza and it was great! I’ll definitely order there again. Thanks guys!!!

Called order in and the turnaround time was about 30 minutes. When I got there it still wasn't ready but it didn't take too much longer. However, the taste and quality of the food was worth the wait.

I do not understand why everyone is so crazy about the pizza from them. for 9 years, we are ordering maybe twice a year because everyone says oh got it much better. tonight was different, normally is undercooked, tonight was burnt
doesn't change the fact that the dough is still like gue connected to the mess of the tomato sauce.
and I love anchovies, I got 6 on my large pizza, so this did not change either.

Friendly staff. Last manager pisseed me off and we hadn't been back till today. New Mgr and staff. Baçk again 9/15/25. Excellent service and friendly courteous staff. The manager was attentive to our needs. We enjoyed that visit.

Having grown up in Shreveport, I have been eating Johnny’s Pizza my whole life. Of all the ones in the area, this location is my favorite. I think the best pizza is a Sweep the Kitchen, thin crust, extra mozzarella, and make sure to include the anchovies and jalapeños!

I was in town from Arizona! And had a conversation with a local. She told me about your pizza! So I took their advice and gave it a try! 4.9 I tried the cauliflower veggie pizza with spinach garlic..... Very solid experience....👏🏿👏🏾👏🏽👏🏼👏🏻👏

This is my pickup order from last night, a large specialty pizza known as the Bacon Cheeseburger. This is a ~$20 pizza (out the door), not a budget-conscious 'party pizza' with an extra topping or two. It should be loaded up. For comparison, the other image is what the bacon cheeseburger pizza is supposed to look like according to Johnny's.
Notice how little hamburger there is. And mozzarella cheese. I used to make pizza at Johnny's when I was younger, so I know how they're supposed to be made. This ain't it. And I'm not even complaining too much about the burnt sauce around the edge, though that's out of spec as well. I get that putting the hamburger on the pizza is a bit tedious and time consuming, but.. this wasn't during the rush, the store wasn't busy and it wasn't closing time.
I suppose my main gripe with the Johnny's on Gilbert location is lack of consistency. It's a total crapshoot. Just need you guys to care a little bit more...

I received a pizza with raw mushrooms and literally raw dough for my dessert with no cinnamon nor any icing terrible way for pizza night with my kids! Called this morning manager confirmed they have the toppings yet the icing may have dried. I could’ve walked the item back to the store that’s how close I am . Also confirmed they don’t close till 12am so why at 10:48 when I received my order I ordered about 45 min prior so why was my order completely disregarded?! To only receive 7.07 refund?! When I have to recreate this moment again tonight? Time to find a new pizza chain this is how you take care of loyal customers.pictures shortly
