This location used to be good. For the last 3-4times I ordered for my family gatherings (over $200) it’s been underwhelming. The toppings for the pizza were extremely under toppings the reason we order mighty meaty and hog haven is to have enough toppings! Also pizza was either overcooked or droopy. 80% of the time cheese sauce is missing.
Please fix your service. Or we will just keep ordering at Youree Dr locations long drive but food and service is more consistent and they do have bigger toppings!!

Terrible service every time. Useless employees. Useless management. The Johnny’s franchise should be ashamed. It would be shut down long ago if the people in this area weren’t too nice and just pay for crappy service and hope it gets better.

We went to this location for lunch today. We wanted to share a pizza & have the salad bar as well. We have been to this location several times
& generally they are good! However, today was a hot mess. We ordered a small mighty meat, added olives to one half, & onions to the other half. We received a mighty meat with onions & olives on the same side. 🚫 We went back to the counter & explained it was incorrect. The employee flippantly apologized & remade the pizza. But again, when it was brought to the table the olives were covering all but 2 peices & onions were only on a few. While we were waiting, I ordered a cheese pizza to go. When we received the order , it was a pepperoni pizza. While we were there, we also overheard them saying that “some lady” was there for a refund because they had made her the wrong kind of chicken wings. In addition to this, the salad bar consisted of what we decided was left over from the whole week & they were just trying to get rid of old stuff; brown lettuce, slimy/frozen cucumbers, stale croutons. The employees did apologize, which is nice & all, but sometimes when an establishment messes things up to this degree, they should try to make up for it with more than a flippant “Sorry about that”.

I enjoy the lunch buffet. Gets a little crowded on Friday, they keep plenty of food out with a good selection great menu too

I ordered a pizza for me and my wife at 5:46Pm on 11/09, and it never was delivered. I called the store at 7pm and spoke to the manager Jacob Robinson and asked about the pizza and he said that it wasn’t in the system, yet they charged my card. I told him to just reimburse my card and he proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. I called back and another manger answered named Brittany who said she also was a manager. She was a manager also helping from another location. I shared what just happened and she apologized then credited my card. She then proceeded to tell me that that store had a bit of a different atmosphere. Someone needs to change it. It’s sad you can’t get good service there. Especially the way we were treated.

Ordered 3 pizzas for pickup and they told me it would be 30 minutes. Got there, paid and they told it would be 30 more minutes. Didn’t have time to wait.

I have been a regular customer at Johnny Pizza for last 12 years, almost once every week. I am deeply saddened to share my this experience with the community. Two days while dinning at Johnny Pizza located at Southern Loop with my family, my wallet fell out of my pocket. Next day when I realized that I didn’t have my wallet, I went back to the store to ask for my lost wallet. The staff initially denied having being in possession of my wallet even though I was convinced that have it. An hour later the manager called me that he found my wallet in his office and he was in my neighborhood with my wallet.
The wallet has my DL and credit cards but all of cash is missing! It was a significant amount which I had withdrawn from the bank for an emergency!
I hope this message reaches the owner and franchise, I didn’t expect this customer service from our neighborhood Johnny Pizza!
I hate putting this out but I strongly feel that our community needs to know this dishonesty from Southern Loop Johnny pizza store

I have been a customer at Johnny pizza for 12 years. I had cash stolen at Southern Loop Johnny pizza, could never have imagined this can happen at Johnny! Unfortunately, the operation manager or owner is NOT reachable, too busy! Their ethics and customer service has hit the rock bottom, hopefully they read this post!
