Only problem i had was the lack of giving people what they paid for there food. If I paid 8.50 cent for 2 peice fish plate I dont need 2 small peices of fish and no fries at all thats very unacceptable for the price in they need to upgrade they prices on there board because the price was not correct when I pulled up to order thatas false advertising.

I only rate the atmosphere 4 stars because of its location. It is, however, a great place for business. Aside from this, I give an outstanding rating for John's Seafood employees & the food. I love this place!

Just went here for lunch the guy at the window customer service is horrible and unwelcoming no friendly hellos or thanks you after handing me my order after I have spent my hard earn money there for lunch . Guy at window very non chalant. Fries were either double dipped in grease or grease was old . The fries were hard. The fish was okay not best I will never return here

Went to Johns Seafood on N. Market on January 29th, 2025. First, every time I go I don't know if the Asian staff or the African American staff will be there, and it is crazy that as a Black woman, I hope to pull up and see the Asian staff because the experience, even though slower is always more pleasant. However, on this specific day, the African American crew was there and no one came to the speaker, no problem, it is an older place where the speaker might not be working, so my husband and I pulled up to the window, and a guy was standing in view to see us with his arms folded and did not acknowledge us or the car that pulled off in front of us. It was really disheartening to see my people run a business like that, it was really an ugh-low-class type of moment. Acknowledgment takes a second, disappointing customers at a small business can be detrimental. Do better or let the Asians do it full-time. Seriously

I was there today July 22nd - at lunch time for our office staff (4 orders) and the staff is extremely rude. I thought since I was having to pay for the food that I would get a little kindness, and other things that come with good customer service. I made the order and still was not given all the food. The French fries were from hell, brown and extremely crunchy. I guess they give you the &ucked up fries and stuff since you are in the drive through. I don't plan on ever going there again. It was a drive thru/up service, you can't eat inside and it's too hot to sit outside.
Yes, the wait was unusually long, 2 other customers got their food first.
I almost forgot, I was told to go to the other window which would make my passenger side closest to the window. So, I kept thinking that did not sound right but okay. Whoever had the bags, swung them so that they would hit the window/door part of my car. So, the items are all leaning sideways and mixed up in the container. Why can't you get your food at the window where you order it and the driver can get the order and it not be thrown at them like they are dogs.
What the heck is going on? I have not been in several months and I will definitely pass the word to co-workers and family not to use the John's on North Market in Shreveport. Horrible Service!!!!!!!
