Julie Anne's Bakery & Cafe

First time and last time to Julie Anna's Bakery. After waiting for 30 minutes for our lunch, I went to the front and asked one of the ladies can she check on our order. Gave her the order number and she asked the kitchen. One of the guys working in the kitchen turned around, handed her my meal and then went looking for the other meal. he found the ticket but the lady working the hot sandwiches "blew it off" is all I can say because it was the first ticket in line and she was removing the ticket after ours. So the lady brought my meal out and said the hot roast beef will be right out as they are draining the meat now. 12 minutes later, the other meal comes out. Hot roast beef, no horseradish and cheddar cheese was the order. What was brought out had horseradish on it Took that to the counter and had them make another one. Another 10 minutes and the meal comes out again. Took off the top bread and it looked like it didn't have any horseradish. Great! The first half of the sandwich was good but then...you could taste the horseradish they evidently tried to scrape off the old sandwich. Never again will we eat there and if anyone asks me how it was, I'll tell them to go to Jason's Deli.

great bakery and delicious options

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I placed an order for a specific birthday cake, and unfortunately, what I received was not what I asked for. The cake I received was wrong design and missing elements. I reached to address the issue but as it was helpful but already too late.While the cake may have tasted okay, the point was to have something special and specific for my daughters birthday, and that expectation was not met.I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

Lovely and delicious. Would be much better if both TVs were on something calm and relaxing and not one on a breaking news /political opinion station.

We always have good food at Julie Anne's. Breakfast was great!

Highly recommend!! I ordered a baby shower cake and not only was it beautiful!! The taste ŵas definitely 100/10.. Everyone loved it!!

quick stop for breakfast sandwiches and pastries

Overpriced dried out brownies. I brought three boxes of brownies to three offices. They thought they terrible too. Little debbie or brookshires is better

Loved my first visit to obtain sweets for my co-workers! It was very pleasing with many, many choices!!!

The audacity to call themselves a cafe. It was $3.50 for a coffee that was premade and pumped out like a gas station, not fresh at all. Plus they asked for a tip and it was about 10 seconds of interaction. Circle K does it better. Just hit the Dunkin’ across the street. Their pastries looked great though. Just don’t go for coffee even though they say they’re a cafe because it’s really just a bakery with gas station coffee.

Over priced for bakery goods

Place was packed in the seating area. Ordered an eclair to go. Huge! and delicious. Filling and frosting and choux pastry all made from scratch. Wonderful.

Mad I’m just disappointed. The brownie was dry, the filled croissant was tough. And the Saran Wrap on it took off a lot of the icing. Finally look at the price. $11 for what was old product. I was there at 445pm but if you’re serving older items then discount it. Several things on display WERE discounted. They close at 5pm and they were well
Into packing up. I’d lock the doors THEN pack up. The service was like “hurry up
And get these customers out and stuff put up so we can LEAVE at 5pm.”
