It's a little mom and pop establishment but the food is outstanding. Hands down the best ramen, and the sushi is soooo delicious. Please give it a try! I would have attached photos, but I ate it all already lol. Maybe next time!

We had three of the most popular rolls (Super Rainbow, Hawaiian, Kentucky Derby) all the rolls were delicious! The Super Rainbow was my favorite, I loved the seared bottom on the roll and freshness of the fish on top. The owner was very nice and gracious. Would highly recommend it if you looking for great quality sushi!

Mr. Sam is the man when it comes to Korean food I live 45 minutes away and still drive past all other sushi restaurants just to come here, all around a great place to eat!

The chicken bulgogi was seasoned really well, and it is authintic Korean bulgogi. It cost me 20$ for the chicken bulgogi I'm a bit insulted not at the price but that it was nothing but meat and rice no kimchi no fish cake. Any military veteran station in Korea will tell you that the sides are just as important as the bulgogi. After a few spoon full I was bored with it. I came here from Ft Hood Texas Killeen, there's the highest population of WWII Korean Americans, eating at restaurants there is like a real taste of Korea. Do better. Or people can just run over to panda eXpress. It's like eating cake with any frosting. Id would of been happy with smaller chicken portion for the pickled sides.

I don't know where to begin. It's over priced for the location but I don't mind paying for good sushi. This is not good sushi. The miso soup is flavored water. No miso to be found. The rolls are stuffed with imitation crab. It was even in a Philadelphia roll which I thought was bizarre. The sauces are strange and taste very cheap. This might be the worst sushi in Shreveport and that's saying a lot.

We are so happy to find Chef Sam! Dinner was so delicious ? Everything was perfection! This is absolutely my favorite fried rice anywhere. It is loaded with goodies and truly fried! So yummy! The sushi is wonderful but, if you have a non sushi eater in your family, as we do, there are plenty of other choices. His favorite is Chef Sam's Don Katsu, a wonderfully crispy pork dish. No one will leave hungry!

The food was delicious, but the customer service was not good. For a new business, I think a little friendliness goes a long way. I went there three times when they first opened because I wanted to support a new small business. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the shrimp fried rice and later the combination fried rice was. I have not returned again because I feel like if I am spending money at your business, the very least you can be is friendly and appreciative of the business - the gentleman/owner was not.

Please don't waste your money here !!! Idk why this place has such a high review, but the bibimbap l bought was horrendous, l mean where do l begin. There was little rice, and literally just broccoli, lettuce and beef that's glued together in a ball. They might as well call it beef fried rice, instead of doing false advertisements and calling it bibimbap. I really hate that l wasted my money buying a food, that l couldn't even stomach and l had to throw in the trash. If you want to try better bibimbap just go to kabuki sushi, their's is much better and more authentic than this place.
