Chicken is truly expensive. 21.00 for eight pieces of chicken and no sides to go with it that's ridiculous.. no one was in the lobby but me and my sister and the tables were filthy. Then someone came and half cleaned them. Will never go there again

Food was just Terrible.. The service was ok but the guys were playing on the inside as if having so much fun, but the food i received was as if it was about 2 hrs old. It was almost on the dark side and extremely hard not crunchy but hard. I went to the Youree location. Probably why no cars were there.. stupid me.

My order was delivery. $20 fill up was $24. Biscuits were hard, fries cold, chicken less warm. 4pcs of chicken 2 legs 2 thighs.l would think 1leg 1breast 1wing 1 thigh would have a better portion.

If this is the one on Hearne Ave. The cashier could not hear and he asked you more than three times, if this what you ordered. The order was still incorrect.The one on Pines Rd. Has the order wrong wrong wrong. But you charged me correctly. When you call back they put you on hold and then hang up. $26. Plus

I bought a number two. 3 piece original and got a mini Sub bun for a biscuit without being told there wasn't a biscuit. Anybody that eats KFC chicken the biscuit is a must have.:(

Don't know who the woman was on the drive thru headphone at around 11:30, but apparently she was having some family issues and some members of her family came in using all kinds of profanity while other patrons besides myself were ordering food or waiting for food that had been ordered. I don't think I'll be visiting this establishment anymore due to this.
I hadn't ate here at the Hearne location in a very long time, but I took a chance. Not one customer in the lobby nor drive-thru. I placed my order, wasn't told the total, but was told to drive around. I ordered a 2 pc. mix meal ( thigh, breast, fries and pepsi) and rounded out to $9.00. By the time I made it home, everything was cold!!! I literally live 5mins away. No excuse!!!!! The night shift really needs to do better...

My chicken was raw inside and I live on south end of town in Keithville. The manger ask me to bring it back I told her I would spend more money coming back than what it’s worth. So she pretty much called me a liar. They do not have good customer service either. Don’t go there ?? I just wasted my money my rating is 000000000000000000000000.
