I got the 4.99 special, which is a leg and thigh, biscuit, and fries for and up charge. Fries were not hot, and the chicken was dry and overcooked. I actually had to go ask for another thigh because mine was so small. I left hungry, and the star attraction was the biscuit. ?
Made an order for pick up at 7:45p.m for pick up at 8:20p.m came in at 8:20p.m order wasnt not even cooked when i arrived they just started to cook it at 8:20p.m had to wait 20+ mins for order unexceptable need better service didn't get order til 8:55p.m

Had to give one star in order to do review. Drive thru does not answer intercom. I pull up to the window and the girl stated that I pulled up to the drive thru wrong. I tried to order and the cashier was going back and forth with fer coworker about the drive thru mic. The cashiers attitude was sickening. What you want is what she said. I said nothing from you and drove off.

I went here after first going to Popeyes. Popeyes was out of gravy for their mash potatoes, so I drove 10 minutes to KFC. KFC left out one of my chicken sandwiches, but I should have checked my bags before leaving. I usually do, but was behind schedule after first going to Popeyes (which is near my house)
