I went here after first going to Popeyes. Popeyes was out of gravy for their mash potatoes, so I drove 10 minutes to KFC. KFC left out one of my chicken sandwiches, but I should have checked my bags before leaving. I usually do, but was behind schedule after first going to Popeyes (which is near my house)

Placed order at 7:08 pm was handed my drink and chicken and was told to pull around to the door to wait on Mac & cheese which would be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later went back thru drive thru to ask where my Mac & cheese was. Guy said he was by himself and to be patient. There were 2 other people inside. Poor service twice in a row. Last time giving them my money for poor service. Only gave 1 star cause I had too

the chicken was overcooked and basically rubbery, their Dr. Pepper tasted watered down, the doors on the side facing Regions were locked so I had to walk around to the drive thru side just to pick up my order. this location has gone so downhill over the years, it might as well close. the only thing i can give them credit for is that their mashed potatoes with gravy are still good.

I’ll order to go for my guys, I buy 24 pcs, one 16 pcs family and one 8 pcs family. They only put the 16 and short me on the sides too.Don’t appreciate that.

I didn't know they made refried chicken. Got my order home chicken was overdone like took cold chicken they threw it in the fryer to heat it up. So tough and dry. Awful.
