All restaurants are experiencing staffing issues, but it's how the employees handle the situation that counts. The staff here was terrific. Passing through from Atlanta, I stopped here for dinner to take back to my hotel. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me, but my online order was ready and it was hot and tasty. Kudos to the staff for working hard.

I'm trying to eat healthier in 2024. I appreciate the clean and pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed the wraps it was hard to choice, this was my first time trying the wraps. I picked BBQ & CLASSIC they were on sale 2 for $5. I appreciate the excellent great customer service. My food was prepared and received in a decent time and prepared hot and fresh.

Went in hungry, left hungry and disgusted.Cashier was not in good mood.Mashed potatoes tasted bitter.Chicken tasted flavorless.Pepsi tasted like it had dirt particles.Only good item was the tiny biscuits.Hope this business goes out.

My order didn't go through online so I was disappointed. I ordered it again in the restaurant after someone finally came to take my order. She told me that my order was cancelled, I told her that I wanted to reorder the same things which was the 8 piece chicken and eight chicken strips with three sides. I walk back out to my car to get my wallet and my order was ready, assuming that the order was done correctly. I left when I got home. All I had was eight chicken strips and two sides for $32. Needless to say, this was not a good experience and won't be going back to KFC anytime soon.

By far the worst location in the area… either the staff don’t know the difference between a thigh or breast or they just mess up your order on purpose.. I honestly think it’s the later.. just do yourself a favor.. go somewhere else..
