Went through drive through today, and the building looks like it's being neglected as well as the outside. Then my order, I ordered chicken sandwich combo and chicken strips with mashed potatoes, waited 8 mins for the chicken sandwich. Drove home and didn't get mashed potatoes like I asked for. And the the fries were so cold and nasty. We should have at least got fresh fries if you were going to mess up our order. Since there are numerous chicken places to choose from so close by, I nor my family will be back to this KFC location.

We were told no breast ready they would give us a thigh. We told them we would wait. They said 16 minutes. We asked for complimentary for waiting they told us we chose to wait. After 25 minutes we drove back thru and asked about order they said 9 more minutes. We asked for money back. They gave us our money back but kept our coupon and didn't say SORRY or THANKS. MANSFIELD ROAD KFC. We will not visit KFC again.

stopped to use the restroom while I was headed back to Houston. The restrooms was dirty. UGH!!!!
