Went through drive through today, and the building looks like it's being neglected as well as the outside. Then my order, I ordered chicken sandwich combo and chicken strips with mashed potatoes, waited 8 mins for the chicken sandwich. Drove home and didn't get mashed potatoes like I asked for. And the the fries were so cold and nasty. We should have at least got fresh fries if you were going to mess up our order. Since there are numerous chicken places to choose from so close by, I nor my family will be back to this KFC location.

We were told no breast ready they would give us a thigh. We told them we would wait. They said 16 minutes. We asked for complimentary for waiting they told us we chose to wait. After 25 minutes we drove back thru and asked about order they said 9 more minutes. We asked for money back. They gave us our money back but kept our coupon and didn't say SORRY or THANKS. MANSFIELD ROAD KFC. We will not visit KFC again.

The girl in the drive thru, not the one who took the order but the one who gives the food, was about worthless. First, she didn't say a word. So much for customer service. When she tried to hand me the drinks the outside of the cups were covered in drink as well. I asked her if she could wipe the cups first and she acted like she was doing me a favor.Then she gave me the bag of food and closed the window in my face, again, without a word.The food was awful. Rock hard fries that had obviously been sitting there a long time. The seasoning on the chicken wasn't any good. The medium drinks we got were tiny. I was supposed to get two types of dipping sauce. I got none at all. Go to Chick-fil-A. For the same price it's much better.

We are in the middle of a pandemic WHY ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING GLOVES?? Why are they handling money and cards directly with their bare hands?? The same hands they handed me my drinks and food with?? And why, when I ask them not to reach into my bag with their bare hands, do they give me blank, uncomprehending looks and do it anyway? Advise everyone to stay far away from this location unless you WANT coronavirus
