Me & my husband went to the #G135399 store location on Bert Kouns in Shreveport, Louisiana & were very pleased with our customer service & the food. The cashier's name was Alicia & she was very patient, kind, & helpful. We have not been to a KFC in years. We will definitely come back sooner.

My husband went to this establishment on his lunch break. The drive thru operator asked him and other patrons to pull up. They noticed that the cars in the drive thru behind them were getting their food. My husband went inside and the manager was telling her employees to serve the customers that came inside first. My husband had been waiting for 30 minutes and his food hadn't been prepared and they didn't remember what he'd ordered. This is ridiculous!!! Had he not gone inside, he may have never gotten his food at all!!!

KFC is way too expensive for the constant errors!!! The original chicken recipe is horrible, the crust is too doughy. The chicken is done. But it's too much soft wet batter with a pale color half through. The only reason I get the original is because the crispy has no taste. That's a wrap!🙅♀️$

I hadn’t eaten at a KFC in probably 12 plus years. I had been wanting to try it again for like past year. Well I finally did and they have some of the best potatoes and coleslaw. But the chicken taste really good but you have to still pull off crust because it’s so greasy it’s soggy. Please guys find a way to drain off the grease because you have really good tasting food!!

We were traveling out of town so we decided to stop in for lunch. The food was fresh hot and delicious. We got the filler up meal 2 pieces chicken mash potatoes a biscuit and a drink for $7. Oh an apple bites. The staff were helpful and friendly the music was great and it was nice and cool in the dining area . My only complaint was the cleanliness over all . It really needs a deep cleaning. A must stop an eat if you love KFC!!!

Showed up at 1030pm, and was approached by some crazy lady talking about how they closed at 10pm, she was there to pick her daughter in law, up which was a small child...? Why is she working at KFC? Arent there laws against that!? Talk about lazy...? Couldnt even lie to the customers face, had to get another customer to lie for you!?
