Me & my husband went to the #G135399 store location on Bert Kouns in Shreveport, Louisiana & were very pleased with our customer service & the food. The cashier's name was Alicia & she was very patient, kind, & helpful. We have not been to a KFC in years. We will definitely come back sooner.

My husband went to this establishment on his lunch break. The drive thru operator asked him and other patrons to pull up. They noticed that the cars in the drive thru behind them were getting their food. My husband went inside and the manager was telling her employees to serve the customers that came inside first. My husband had been waiting for 30 minutes and his food hadn't been prepared and they didn't remember what he'd ordered. This is ridiculous!!! Had he not gone inside, he may have never gotten his food at all!!!

KFC is way too expensive for the constant errors!!! The original chicken recipe is horrible, the crust is too doughy. The chicken is done. But it's too much soft wet batter with a pale color half through. The only reason I get the original is because the crispy has no taste. That's a wrap!🙅♀️$
