lines 15 deep waiting for the privilege to check yourself out. lines so long for the only 2 cashiers that people cannot even make their way between aisles. Total s**t show. They don't deserve our business. and employees heard talking about how they aren't scheduled to come back until 4 days from now, so don't say there are no people willing to work. This Kroger is Always short!

I had a very good visit, the floral section was beautifully decorated as it is Easter Weekend. Picking up items for my family. I noticed the vegetarian section needs some TLC, A good selection but they don't sell as much as a regular item. I decided to get cupcakes, the Bakery was incredible, full reasonable prices, decadent choices! Very Good Visit!

I had a horrible experience today in how I was treated and made to feel in my opinion as if I was some sort of con artist. I, myself am a manager of a restaurant so I know about customer service. i asked for three options for the situation that occurred today, and to each option I asked for i was told no. i took accountability for my mistake, however, to further just humiliate me by making me feel as if I am getting over or trying to con someone, that was just uncalled for.

I havent even mentioned the fact that as I was placed on hold the Representative didn't realize she picked up the wrong line and proceeded to say, Hey I have a crazy lady, until I said yes I am the crazy lady, at which she said "oh" hold on. wow, and then you tell me no at every option I inquired about. so I have no product nor the refund for a product I dont have. that is the poorest customer service ever!!

On a holiday weekend when everyone is possibly losing their minds and the grocery carts are overflowing I have to say that shopping at this Krogers was a pleasure today From the young lady in the meat department who pointed out where the sale shrimp were to the manager who checked us out (BTW he makes an excellent cashier) to the bagger and finally to the young man in the parking lot who came over, helped us unload our cart, took the cart and waved pleasantly as he left, it was a good experience. Thank you Kroger Mansfield Rd for a good experience when it could have been hassled.
