I would give more than 5 stars for the bakery ladies if I could! Saturday morning I found out last minute that I needed to get a cake, very specific request of a SpongeBob cake actually. I called over there and they searched and found a SpongeBob decoration kit but they told me I would just need to pick a cake they already had and they would write on it and add the decor, no biggie, I figured that. But let me tell you when I picked up the cake it was the most perfectly decorated SpongeBob cake I could have even imagined for a last minute order. Very impressed! Will absolutely use again for any bakery needs!

The managers of this store must have had a meeting to figure out what they could do to make this the worst shopping experience ever. Let's move every single thing in the store around! Hahahahaha. Let's have carts that have broken wheels so they are extremely noisy and impossible to steer! Hahahahah! And the builders - Let's build the parking lot with a 45 degree angle so the carts all go careening down the hill and bash into cars! The new Brookshire's can't open fast enough for me.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. Service is the slowest in town. Cars stacked outside, people stacked inside, and when you Call for a manager to come help them, the girl in crusty service transfers you to the pharmacy! BAE-BAE… don’t make me come over there..

For 10 days, I've endured apathetic service. This place was astutely reviewed in 2020 as they need a new staff and better training. Phone calls started last week to get a script filled. Well, I was transferred away from the pharmacy to general customer service. Ended back and got help from Mr. Tony which was a treat. Well, they're consistent from Wisconsin to Louisiana in having stand in pharmacists that don't do as needed nor as asked neither as discussed. Arrived Monday to 2 cars ahead of us and it took more than hour to learn the order wasnt ready. Lady person swore my order didn't exist. She finally listened and found me. No idea if the name was giving her a time or just oversight. Well, it'd take 30 minutes to complete so we left. Returned Thursday and the order is ready but due to travel changes I'll need to add 10 additional pills. Well, that's a 15-20 minute wait. I should have taken the pills and left. Yet, I don't want to risk malaria so we waited. I gave more time and set the stop watch. Returned to 3 people ahead of us and get to the counter to learn it's not ready. I said okay I'll just take the original order. I learned they put it all back and start from scratch with this pharmacy tech not wanting to promise another time as she cannot say when the pharmacist will be finished. Okay. In summary,1. People working don't want to work 2. Apathetic workers show up as poor customer service. 3. The wait times are atrocious. 4. The lack of energy is contagious. 5. They won't give vaccines with a stand in pharmacist on duty. I'm actually in support of this method. You'd want this trackable. So take it as a FYI. 6. A few items on the shelf will be marked down and that's a plus. 7. If you've got other things to do then start here and mange your own expectations. Best to you and hope they improve.

Do not order online. They substitute crap. Don't tell you til it's on your card and in your trunk. Saying don't substitute on orders doesn't work. My low salt can of peas replaced with spicy jalapeno? I'm on chemo. Soup veggies replaced with something a dog wouldn't eat and completely unusable for soup. This is usual.Chocolate bundt cake becomes stale vanilla rainbow iced.And you pay anyway.They simply steal from those who can't go inside. Putting any non similar stuff they want in. Last order to pickup a 5pm, wasn't ready until noon the NEXT DAY. Multiple trips. Sitting waiting for hours being lied to that it's almost ready. Then, after a 2 day wait beyond my scheduled appointment to get 6 unordered items for 6 left off, $50 of rip off crap to throw away. Run!They'll rip your off then demand you come back inside to fix it. In a store where wearing a mask is optional? Don't tell me your rules. It's not happening! Masks are rare! Even employees have noses out! I repeat. Go anywhere else!
