I had an issue with a ClickList order when not of the discounts were applied and I was charged almost twice of what the order was when I paid for it. I went to the service desk (Debra was very sweet and patient). The associate asked "Shane" about the order and he said they don't have anything to do with ClickList. Kroger ClickList.. at a Kroger Store where I picked it up. I was charged $46.98 and he directed the associate to only return $35.48 because he is unable to count pounds. Last week, I picked up 3 pounds of ground meat only to realize when I went to use it that every one had expired the day before I picked it up. I can only guess under help/leadership of someone like Shane or who would hire someone like him is why the Youree Drive Store is going to Hell in a hand basket. Please check your products and receipts if you use ClickList from this store. Check your bags as well. I uncheck substitutions and they subbed anyway.

They seem to run out of more but this is a busy location. Click and pick shopping folks are very good with being frank, customer centric and moving expeditiously while anticipating an item being out of stock and having a backup even if you didn't select one. The store could improve with opening more actual lanes. The ellerbe road location has every lane open the same day we patronize this location. I had to pull my mother from a cashier line to self check out which she abhors but guess what ... We were done and out before wasting away behind 3 holiday carts worth of shopping. Digital coupons work for me but they should really have something or an alternative process for the elderly and differently abled.

Online ordering sucks.. they don't have products in stock that you order and refund you... like what the fuck is the point of ordering 24 hrs in advance to make dinner if you don't have items when I'm on the way from work? On top of that, got shorted onions! Tried calling but since they won't answer I will leave a message for all to see

Love the deli. However, it has been harder to get turkey pastrami lately, and yesterday we got all that was left. We were told the warehouse was empty and they may not have any more for awhile. Why is that?

It's my favorite grocery store to shop in Shreveport because they have the best lunch meat, fresh meat, produce, and odd ingredients. The prices are awesome as well, BUT the check out process is a nightmare. There is only 1, maybe 2 cashiers who will check you out. If you go to self check out, there is literally no space to check yourself out. I'm fine with self check out for a few items or if there is enough space given, but there just isn't at this location. It's a shame because I really think it's the best grocery store in the area, but I've found myself going to Target just to have a nicer check out experience.

This review is strictly for the sushi. I'll grant the fish is pretty fresh. My issue is the fish to rice ratio. I understand if they choose to scrimp on the fish, but if you're GOING to do that, you have to cut back on the rice as well. Now, the starch overwhelms the fish entirely. It becomes basically tasteless. It didn't have to be, the fish by itself was pretty good. Either that or add more heft to the fish. Something's gotta change. I only do actual sushi didn't have a roll btw. That said, the store in general is really good. Selection is above average for Shreveport, they have quite a few people working so if you need help you can get it. I do wish they'd beef up their app so that you can look up where your item is in the app, what aisle, etc. I like the deli dishes, at least what I've tried have been good, with the notable exception of the sushi disappointment.
