I've eaten here for the past 3 years and I've never had anything bad! Today I had to order take out and I got the Avocado Bomb for the 2nd time. This one became a quick favorite of mine! Anytime I get to eat here with my dad the service is great, staff is friendly and most of all the food is amazing! Thank you Kumo for making my lunch dates with my dad so special!

Ms. Kim is the best server out of all of Shreveport/Bossier at any restaurant. Me and my fiancé have been frequenting at Kumos for the past 4 years because of the GREAT customer service, and food. Ms. Aqua is great on service, quality, and does very well in a fast paced environment. We have been going there before we had our baby and even bringing our baby now who is 18 months Ms. Aqua always makes sure she is taken care of. We love her as a server and we love the food!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

We went here to celebrate my sister birthday and to make her day special. We decided to start ordering and told the waitress many times that my sister has an allergy to shellfish. We asked the waitress many times if they would make sure that none be made with her food.
As our food start to come out my sister became ill and needed to be assisted to the restroom which all of her food came back up. She went in there 3 times and promptly had to leave. I called the waitress over and asked her was she sure that no seafood was by our cooked with my sister food. She told us that they were fixed together and fried in the same grease.
She told us that her boss was not on site but that she could call her. Neither one of them showed concern about my sister because she was not laid out on a floor. To even know that they thought it was funny really wasn’t right. What should have been a good day for my sister resulted with her having to go to the hospital. They could never get my service again.
To not inform us prior nor have something up letting customers be aware of this is bad for service.

For Arkansas I'll give it a three if you really want a mouth explosion experience I highly recommend driving all the way to Las Vegas Nevada and go to TOP SUSHI I personally rank it number one of the nation.

Went to this restaurant today for my sister’s birthday dinner with a party of five.
My sister informed our waitress multiple times that she has a shellfish allergy. Despite that, no one told us that all sushi rolls and other items are cooked in the same oil.
Shortly after eating, my sister began to feel unwell and ended up vomiting twice.
We called to speak with the manager since she wasn’t onsite, but unfortunately, she showed no concern for what happened. I tried to explain the importance of informing customers with allergies about shared oil and cross-contamination. Her response was dismissive—saying their staff is already “educated” and that next time, my sister will know better.
This kind of attitude toward food allergies is dangerous. Clear communication and proper handling can prevent serious health reactions. We expected better care and accountability from the staff and management.

I'm really surprised that this place isnt more packed!! We come here all the time. They have hands down the best sushi and sashimi around. Their bentos and hibachis are unbeatable and ive recently started trying more things like the sparkling sake and its 🔥 The cherry blossom and orange blossom appetizers are my faves and the calamari is so delicious. I highly recommend this place!!!! I'll post more pics, but take my word for it. Its amazing!
