Wife and I had a night away from the kids and wanted something Cajun. Crossed the border and dodged all the potholes and landed here. Food was awesome! Service was great! We had a shrimp po boy and a lb of each of crab legs, shrimp, crawfish. It came with taders and corn. Everything was great! Brought home leftovers and the kids even tore it up the next day so 6 out of 5 stars!

Loved the flavor, crawfish was not up to par but the crab,shrimp,egg,corn extra spice was awesome with the house seasonings. Will definitely make the drive from Longview tx. just to eat here again. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Today the manager at this establishment called and texted my phone with threats AFTER their employee messed up the food argument. She was extremely rude and tried to make up a lie while I talked to her on the phone. I’m extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled and the lack of customer service exemplified by the manager of this establishment. How are you going to call a consumer and make threats to a consumer after the restaurant messed up? AFTER the consumer agreed to fix THEIR mistake. This is ridiculous!!!

My first time goin to Laughing Crab yesterday on January 28,2024 in Shreveport visiting from another city and when i tell you i will never go back every waitress in there had the most nastiest attitude,they don’t speak and they is super super rude,everyone in there is ghetto even the chinese lady i guess she’s supposed to be the manager or whatever she’s even rude and ghetto but one thing i know for a fact is that a business especially a restaurant with a bad attitude and custom service will not last long and i can promise you that this place is not goin to last because there foundation is built off of rudeness and disrespectful attitude, ghetto nasty rude people especially that chinese one, unprofessional nasty rude snotty young people,i will never spend my money on there again i should’ve known as soon as i walked into the place as the chinese lady didn’t speak she just lead us down to our set, i should’ve know that my experience was goin to hell and it was i have NEVER in my life experience such a nasty ghetto place in my life,yall business will not last if i not be a man of God i prophecy and i speak that yall will not last because of the disrespect yall have towards people,watch what God is finna do

Had a company gathering here. Had never been before and was quite pleased with the variety on the menu. The food was good and i was surprised at the portion size in a great way! The only negative part of our time here was out of 8-10 employees only noticed 1 waiting tables while the others stood around playing on their phones,laughing and talking without taking any interest in the customers.
