Been excited to get the pretzel crust back. But the “manager” skinny African American girl made my pizza. I noticed it was regular crust with butter and salt on it. I went back and asked for a remake and she insisted arguing with me saying IT WAS pretzel crust. But it is NOT pretzel crust, and I’m not stupid. I knew immediately after looking at it. Terrible experience, and would like a refund. If this happened at my business I would look for a new manager. A simple remake would’ve made this better but instead I had an employee arguing saying “I make 50 of these a day”. Well then you screwed up 50 pizzas today. Look at the advertisement for pretzel crust advertisement. It looks way different than what I got.

First time in the last 3 years yall have been closed on lunch and what happened to hot and ready gotta watch 20 minutes for 1 supposed to be hot and ready and the pizza isn't cut all the way after waiting plus it's 8 dollars for a classic hot and ready wow low quality service and food after all these years it was perfect and convenient but now it's a waste of time especially when everyone on the staff smells like bud and being goofy
