I normally love coming here and I love it. But came here for my wife's birthday. I ordered a porterhouse stake. I had to wait well over a hour for my food to come out and it really was not that busy. I had to send the stake back. And even with sending the most expensive stack the sell back the manager never came out to ask how thing were. Not the best service I have had there.

Brought my workers in their as a thank you for their hard work bc they deserved it. They picked the restaurant, which honestly I was surprised it was Logan's bc they literally could have chose anywhere. My food was saturated with grease. The guys steaks were 8/10 or so from their opinions but our sides were cold and everyrhing fried was barely edible and we don't complain. Hell we grew up on Griff's. If it weren't for the young new server whose attitude and enthusiasm made us laugh, it would have been a let down. Cocktails, good. Service, great. Food, a huge miss. I hate giving bad reviews but I was left with what I was given. Hope y'all improve whether it's the management or higher ups. 👍

The food was fine. We waited almost 25 minutes before someone came to our table to take our drink order. She then brought rolls, returned with our drinks and took our order for an appetizer. At that time she also took our full order. Less than 5 minutes later someone brought our main course to the table. The order was wrong on a couple of small things, not enoughto send it back. We never got the appetizer. We were never asked if we wanted anything else. The place was almost empty and yet they couldn't get anything right. We will choose another restaurant next time.

I mainly go for the rolls - they are soooooo good ! I would be happy with just them.
I usually get a steak. They're usually good. Sometimes it's like cardboard. I am not a food Snob, but I do have my standards. Most is the time to, the steak is delish! That's why I keep going back.
The veggies are good, but seen tad too salty. I know that can preference, but salt is salt. It's not overly powering bad, but would be better with less, imho.
Service is always great, tho. We've seen many servers over the decades.
