I love when I can walk into a place on a Saturday night or any day/time for that matter and have smiling faces staring back at me! Above all, no they didn't have some vulgar music playing or even elevator music...They had worship music on and all were friendly. ? This is the kind of stuff that sets places apart from others and the very reason I'll always support you guys! ❤️ OH and the desserts are wonderful too!**Keep the guy with the braids, he's special

My family and I love Marble Slab. Their ice cream is always spot on. Majority of the time we can walk right in and order. Sometimes there are teenagers or younger people who may be working. They’re not the best at customer service but you can bet your ice cream will be delicious every time. We usually take ours to go but the place is clean and nice and cold. A bit pricey but it’s quality ice cream so you get what you pay for.

Have not been in for years.....stopped on a whim. Coffee with Reeses PB cups crushed. Wow. Well, it won't be years again!!! And the fellow working at the time was awesome. Thanks young man! You did good.

Went here for the first time after our anniversary dinner on Saturday (8/26/23). We will not be back, terrible customer service. Employees sitting on the counters on their phones, no welcome, no hello, blender was broken. I had to ask 3 times for a banana split while three employees just stared at me. One finally made the banana split and it was so overfilled that it was leaking everywhere, I couldn’t even eat it. Then the extra attitude we received when we didn’t tip them was outrageous. Absolutely do not recommend this location. Make the drive to Cold Stone Creamery, much better customer service.

My wife and I went there on Sunday 08/13/2023 to get some ice cream. The lady that helped my wife did a great job, the gentlemen with the pony tail on top of head gave me a scoop of ice cream that was exactly level with the cup. On top of that, he did a very poor job of mixing in the brownie and chocolate chips in my ice cream. All said and done, I walked away with basically a couple whole chunks of brownie and half mixed chocolate chips in my ice cream. I will go back again, but he can’t help us anymore. He acted as if he didn’t care as he went back to surf on his cell phone.

This is my spot!!! (Lol) Elijah is always great and friendly. The others are great as well with great customer service. They have patience (when trying other flavors) and work quick to get you out. I highly recommend!!! The ice cream is great!
