I have made several complaints about their weak tea and nothing has changed. I drive to the 70th St Store. They know the standards of McAlisters great tea... Come on Mansfield rd, throw a few more tea bags in there!
Sat in line 15 minutes! i thought the window was only for picking up but obviously not. The car in front of me was allowed to sit and wait on her order while the rest of us pickinf up had to wait. When i finally arrived at the window, I was not greeted and food was basically thrown at me. I left at 743 so review the cameras to see. My food is ice cold. Never visiting this location again.
SO Disappointed in this new McAlisters on Mansfield Rd!! I had such high hopes and it’s a total joke. Been waiting for 20
Mins for a sandwich, baked potato and a couple bowls of soup. There was literally no one in there and it took that long. All employees just standing around. Get to the car and order is wrong.
