Ordered southwest chicken avocado salad, they said they are not willing to cut avocado because they claim they are to hard to cut... so I ordered a French dip sub with order of bowl of Chilli. After eating 3 bites of the French dip sandwich, the light shined perfectly where I seen a hair in the roost beef sandwich. I took sandwich to the counter where they said they make me another one.. after waited 35 minutes for a new sandwich, I just left. The Chilli there was also another hair in the bowl, but a different color than the french dip sandwich. Avoid this restaurant, unless you want food in your food. The employees need to wear gloves and hair nets.

I made an online pickup order of a southwest chicken and avocado salad with extra avocado that I was charged for and only received one small piece of avocado. Kitchen should read tickets better and I should have checked my order before leaving. Other than that small issue I usually have a great experience overall. I also tend to buy salads to be able to make 2 meals with it. Staff was very polite upon my pickup experience. 😁

My husband and I ordered carryout, only to find out once we arrived home,that a portion of our order was missing. When my husband contacted the store to let them know part of our order was missing, he was rudely told that what he said wasn't true because everything was placed in our bag. Its unfortunate that a dispute arose because side orders of steamed broccoli and macaroni and cheese were omitted from our order. The conversation ended with the store employee hanging up in my husband's face...the same employee who forgot to prepare the drinks we ordered until I reminded her of that. This entire situation could have been avoided by a knowledgeable and capable store manager fully training the employees to be sure all items are included in take out orders. It should never be the customer's responsibility to have to check the employees work. We visit McAlister's Deli quite often and have never had to deal with an issue of this magnitude. The food, as usual, was outstanding. The service was the type that puts restaurants out of business. I suggest that anyone who visits the Mansfield road location check their carryout orders prior to leaving.

Extremely rude kitchen staff. Asked the grey haired woman in the kitchen in the expo window when she said it was 'gonna be a while'. Refused to give me ANY ETA on a previously placed doordash order.
If you hate doordashers so damn much, don't turn on the tablet. Just close back down. You just wasted my time and my customers time.
I ate lunch with a friend today. I got the Southwest Chicken & Avocado salad with Chili Lime Vinaigrette dressing. It was so fresh tasting. They plated it beautifully. My friend got half of a club sandwich and half of the chelf salad. It was wonderful, too. The service was great. They came by our table several times asking if we needed anything. They also cleared our table while we sat and visited. We would highly recommend it!!
