Horrible just horrible. Put a mobile order in and still took 30mins. After I got to the window they handed me the wrong items, Then I waited another 10mins for them to get it right. They handed me two large cokes that were half full, like what the heck?!? Food, Drinks, and ice cream tasted like absolute crap and chemicals. Never coming here again. 🤮 need a complete staff change asap!!!

Every time I go here everybody gets there order before I do and they all came after me. The App stopped letting me make payments for some reason I don't know so I have to go inside instead so I can still get my points by using the Kiosh.
Then my food is always cold when I get it and I get the wrong items as well as not every item I ordered.

Mcdonalds on walker rd, shreveport has the most rudest employees!!!!! I will never ever go back to that sorry, worthless place with it's HORRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, MOUTH RUNNING employees!!! Absolutely disgraceful how those employees behave!!! You say hello into the drive through monitor AFTER those sorry employees done made you sit for 10 minutes, with NO ONE infront of me in line, just to get chewed out and told to leave because I was rude and they would not service someone like me!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!!
i’m pissed. i come here to see if i can get some food since im extremely picky and i see oh! mcdonald’s is open til 12! i come and i see the line wrapped around so i hop in line (on the way to line this idiot kept stopping and couldn’t drive) once it gets to my turn i get told “ we’re not taking new orders “ i’m like… oh! okay whatever it’s fine so i make a loop cause i need to in order to get home, and then what do i see? PEOPLE ORDERING… im actually pissed will probably come again but only for convenience… if you are coming here on any holiday or at any late time of night go ahead and turn around because you will most likely get TURNED AWAY LIKE I WAS…
I come through the drive through every morning. The employees there are always nice and I get my food fast. Great place

We made an online order and our food was ready when we arrived. We stood at the counter, and we're ignored by the employee who just walked by us without saying anything. I didn't catch her name (I don't think she was wearing a name tag) but she was very rude and unwelcoming to us and other guests. Food and atmosphere were as expected.

Me and my honey just went for our favorite treat a tall soft ice cream cone. And it was fun and delicious. Because when we were driving to the second window to grab them we were talking and he drove right by the window and the girl was leaning out the window yelling at us and we were laughing so hard and so was she. That made the experience even more unforgettable. ??

Sooo slow. I was in the drive through for over 30 min. . They even left out the mc nuggets in my kids happy meal. What the heck is going on here?

I was suppose to have 2 c shots of espresso in my caramel frappe when I called up there to tell them it was not too shots in there I asked for manager she said the manager was not there and I told her I did not get shot. She's the one that fixed, it had chucks of ice, the espresso machine only had a little bit in it and hung up on me not happy it was straight milk no x shot or it would have been darker

Bathroom NASTY, employees using horrible words..walking around talking on cell phones.... instead of going to clean bathroom...we got disgusted with this McDonald's and we go to McDonald's many times a week...do something about it...thank u
