The staff was lovely, but the facilities were in very poor shape. Trash in the parking lot, overflowing garbage cans, the bathroom urinal was massively flooding onto the floor, no paper towels, etc. The mobile orders were slow, like being made at random, at best. The staff seemed really nice and the food was decent, but the order system and the facily was a disaster.

Drove through to but a large cup of iced coffee at 4:30 in afternoon. I was surprised it was $4. I've bought the same size cup of iced coffee at McDonald's in Minden $1.80, Arcadia $2.15, Monroe $2.00, Shreveport $2, Bossier $2. Idk I just wasn't expecting it to be over double.Service was good.

Our fish 'sandwiches' were the size of sliders and not at all tasty. McDonald's fries went from BEST in the business to WORST. The only thing big about the meal was the price. This was in Shreveport, Louisiana on Monday, February 19, 2024. McDonald's in Texas, my home state, is no different.

Hands down the best McChicken I’ve ever had in my life. The breading was perfectly crispy and provided textural complexity. The lettuce was placed with precision and in an ideal quantity. Mayonnaise can often overwhelm my palate, but the sandwich was lathered with the optimum amount from edge-to-edge. Finally, the bun was toasted a beautiful golden brown,y and not only was it toasted on the inside, but these mfs toasted the TOP OF THE BUN. I ain’t never had a McDonald’s sandwich toasted on the top before?Overall, yall changed my life.
