I stopped into the drive thru one morning to get myself a Caramel Frappe and a sausage McMuffin with egg, and the drive thru worker could not seem to get my order right, and I had to repeat myself about 3 different times trying to place my order. I don't usually have alot of trouble out of this McDonalds, but this day was different. I will be going back because it's closest to where I live, I just hope that they can get somebody that knows what's up to work the drive thru.

I was at this McDonald’s at 5 am this morning 12-21-24 and went through the drive through. The young lady who took our order and served us was so nice. How pleasant after a long trip from Florida. The order was quick, correct & hot! Thank you

This is a good McD's. BUT, that makes them a busy McD's. The rush is not a good time to go unless you don't mind waiting for the right order that will be exactly what you can expect from McD's. Btw, something has changed with the English muffins, and it's not great.

I must say that the McDonals located on Mansfield Rd across from Walmart is consistant. I can't remember a time that we purchased breakfast, lunch or dinner and we received our order currently. I try to avoid going to this McDonalds. They have failed to properly complete orders resulting in my returning to recover missing items, they have actually served a egg mcmuffin that didn't contain the egg, cheese or meat, just the muffin which was wrapped up. The cheese burgers were served with the cheese discolored and hard as if they had been microwaved numerous times and displayed items and after haveing placed the order we were told that they were either out of the item or it was discontinued. My recommendation if you are craving a Mcdonalds burger or any item, go to they're location on Linwood and Bert Kouns..... you have a better chance or getting the correct order and food prepared correctly. my biggest regret when rating this store is that they don't have anything lower than a zero star

Stopped in for a caramel macchiato and chose to use curbside. The lady who came out was super nice and informed me that the machine wasn't working because of the grinder. She offered to hand mix the 2 coffees I ordered . And she did an amazing job. This visit today was the best service I have had at a McDonald's in quite a while. Thank you for loving what you do ma'am. I wish I would have got her name.

Employees messing around in the back. Did a Mobile order. All employees up front just standing around staring into the abyss. Took almost 15 minutes just to get a breakfast sandwich.
The lady that spoke with me started out being nice then when I told her I wanted to retrieve my coupon of buy one get one free from the survey I did she went and talked to the manager and they refused to honor it. They need to stop putting stuff like that on the receipt and having people waste their time if they're not willing to honor it. In my opinion that is false advertisement. And as I pulled away one of the employees cussed me out because I told him I no longer want it to purchase the burgers if I was not getting the buy one get one. And that was at the McDonald's on Mansfield Road.

I redeemed some of my rewards points in for an iced coffee and added a BUNCH of add ones and the young lady that handed me it said, "I couldn't come up with a cute name for it but it sure does look good". ???? definitely put a smile on my face and it was the McDonald's on Mansfield road.
