Workers were extremely rude and were not helpful at all. One lady yelled at us when we asked to specify which of the 2 coffees was which. Oh and through all that my iced caramel coffee had an extreme lack of caramel.

Manager refused to make right my order and 2 different trips and had to contact the regional office. Mr. Timothy Jackson sent me 20 on cashapp and apologized. Service is still the same. Incompetent workers who are rude and managers who don't care about the customer.

This is the worst Macdonalds on the planet . Drive through is slow, employees wearing baggy clothes , and now today LOBBY is closed because they don’t have enough people. The franchise owner should close this down and move on and hire people that want to show up and work

It's Mc Donalds, they are super slow to execute your order in the AM. But they are friendly and there are other locations like Shreve City that are so much worse.

I stopped into the drive thru one morning to get myself a Caramel Frappe and a sausage McMuffin with egg, and the drive thru worker could not seem to get my order right, and I had to repeat myself about 3 different times trying to place my order. I don't usually have alot of trouble out of this McDonalds, but this day was different. I will be going back because it's closest to where I live, I just hope that they can get somebody that knows what's up to work the drive thru.

This is a good McD's. BUT, that makes them a busy McD's. The rush is not a good time to go unless you don't mind waiting for the right order that will be exactly what you can expect from McD's. Btw, something has changed with the English muffins, and it's not great.
