In drive thru 20 min. Barely took order after talking to 2 different people. Had to give order again at windows. Waited that long to find out they could not make a mocha. The excuse they just got there at 9 pm (really). Asked for refund

I ordered a chocolate milkshake, a large, french fry, and a double cheese cheeseburger. When I pulled up to the window And looked at my milkshake I looked to see if it was chocolate, it looks like it was vanilla. So I ask, is this a chocolate milkshake. She responds with. Yes it is a chocolate milkshake. I drive away. I go to take a sip of my milkshake, I taste it, it’s vanilla. I also taste my french fries they taste funky. But back to the milkshake, how can you have that level of incompetence to blatantly lie to me and tell me it’s a chocolate milkshake. How are you that lazy to not go get me my chocolate milkshake. So then I call just to see if I can maybe get a refund, I sit on the phone for 10 minutes then I’m saying ma’am ma’am, ma’am, ma’am. No one is answering me. So I hang up and go to call again. Well, it says the line is busy. I call back five minutes later. The line is still busy. it’s an hour later and the line is still busy. So what I’m thinking is they took the phone off the dock and it’s still just ringing so they think I’m still on the phone so I would’ve waited an hour for them to pick up my call. The line is still busy. So that means no one can Call them and that’s just horrible. Overall horrible experience one star this is ridiculous. Ridiculous.

Was doing a doordash order got ignored the first time after saying the name. They took the order of the next car. Then told them was doordash again. Told us to pull up and then proceeds to hand us the order for the car behind us instead of the doordash order we weren't there for.

Did a mobile order for curbside pickup today. Pulled in at 12:22pm and checked in. Waited til 1245 and went inside to see where my order was. Waited at Mobile order station and waited another 10 minutes as no one asked if they could help me. Eventually as I assume was the manager just happened to walk by I asked if she could help. She did after another 5 minutes handed it to me. As I checked my bag for accuracy I realized that 2 coffees were missing. I then had to ask for help again for my coffees. After a total of 40 minutes got my order and NO ONE apologized for my wait and inaccuracy of my order! LAST TIME AT THIS MCDONALD'S! This was the Pines Rd., Shreveport restaurant.

This place is SLOW. I parked and put my spot in the app. The app updated said it'll be delivered in 3 to 5 minutes. 20 minutes goes by so I go in the store. They haven't even started on my order... nobody in the drive through and there are 3 people running the whole store. Yall gotta get it together.

Arrived to place an order and heard the manager say she wasn't taking any more orders until she got the others out. There were only two of us to PLACE An Order! Me and my Friend! Then she had the nerve to take MY order... WALK away and NOT Take HER order! Now we STILL waiting! On top of that THIS heat in Here is OUTRAGEOUS!!! POOR SERVICE

Restaurant manager RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ! staff RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible customer service! Manager is unqualified and incompetent! First and last time at this location. If you are traveling or visiting maybe better off eating at one of the surrounding fast food locations! Please check your items as manager will not cooperate or compensate for any wrong doings. Food ordered on mobile app and was advised to call app. MANAGER DISCONNECTED CALL 3 TIMES. Was left on hold the first time for 20+ minutes. Advised she does not know who reporting manger, district/ corporate manager is for location. No apology issued. On last call manager hung up on me again. Mind you the meals I purchased were for children who had been traveling for hours. Advised manager we were not from area still no assistance. Purchase and dine at your own risk as I only asked to be compensated for food NOT RECEIVED THAT I PAID FOR .

Took over 10mins to order and get the food. The fries were old and the Big Mac only had a drop of Mac sauce. I will never go back to this Mac Donald's. They need more help and work on their customer service. The ladies seemed like they didn't want to be at work while taking orders.
