They don't know how to count 1 through 20.
I ordered a 40 piece nugget and got 20
Staff are incredibly rude and slack off all the time. Customer orders are constantly made incorrectly or missing items. Now they are currently purposely not working on my father's Doordash orders out of pettiness, even marking it as ready to pick up immediately despite the order not nearly being finished, and actively laugh and joke about it in front of my father as he waits for the order. Do not go here if you want good customer service.

Order was PERFECT! Personal service ans food was delicious! This is definitely one of the good ones. (We came inside for breakfast)
Worst McDonald’s in North Shreveport daytime crew not so bad
A little slow sometimes but alright nighttime crew absolutely horrible I drive a diesel truck. It’s pretty loud I order online. Tell them my code is a person with the mic start saying something that I did not say so. I say my code louder he gets in his feelings says why are you yelling cause you obviously didn’t hear me the first time so he purposely gives me a cold burger the cheese wasn’t even melted. Oh wow that hurts me. Enjoy a little bit of power there buddy. I gave the burger to my dog.

Maykayla at the Drive Thru window is such a joy. She is always so helpful and friendly. She is such a great asset to the McDonalds on North Market. My day always starts off great when she works the drive thru. And she ALWAYS has a smile on her face. Thanks Maykayla for being a sweet person.

Front counter customer service and quality sucks. But, that's almost anywhere you go now.
Drive through line entering the main road it was so backed up.
Ok I was in the drive through for 55 MINUTES, YES 55, NEARLY AN HOUR.
Got food finally, cold, unsalted, no sauce, terrible.

every single time I go through the drive through, without fail, I have not gotten ONCE the sauce i order with my food at the window. If i’m paying for something i expect it to be there and not have to wait 15 extra minutes for them just to come back to the window and give me something that should’ve already been with my order. Every time im told to pull into the “drivethru” spots I wait an additional 20 minutes to get my fountain drink! I wish there was another closer these employees just don’t care.

Used the drive-through, early morning. Employees were outgoing, good people skills. I asked for a change of biscuit to English muffin, the change was seamless, I reqursted strawberry jam and 1 extra syrup. They service was good. I gave it a 4 star rating because the food (Big Breakfast w/hotcakes), although it tastes good and was hot, is the highest meal in calories and other not good things in a single meal.

I would really like to know when it became normal to not provide a receipt immediately after payment, you know, like when they hand your card or change back. I am also irritated that this particular branch (maybe others) likes to cheat the system by having you pull forward to the parking spots, even if there is no rush traffic. Today I am pretty certain that I was charged for a large drink (which I requested) however I received a large cup that’s meant for the frozen drinks (roughly the size of a normal medium) however I couldn’t really argue this as no one provided me with a receipt at either window.
