every single time I go through the drive through, without fail, I have not gotten ONCE the sauce i order with my food at the window. If i’m paying for something i expect it to be there and not have to wait 15 extra minutes for them just to come back to the window and give me something that should’ve already been with my order. Every time im told to pull into the “drivethru” spots I wait an additional 20 minutes to get my fountain drink! I wish there was another closer these employees just don’t care.

Used the drive-through, early morning. Employees were outgoing, good people skills. I asked for a change of biscuit to English muffin, the change was seamless, I reqursted strawberry jam and 1 extra syrup. They service was good. I gave it a 4 star rating because the food (Big Breakfast w/hotcakes), although it tastes good and was hot, is the highest meal in calories and other not good things in a single meal.

I would really like to know when it became normal to not provide a receipt immediately after payment, you know, like when they hand your card or change back. I am also irritated that this particular branch (maybe others) likes to cheat the system by having you pull forward to the parking spots, even if there is no rush traffic. Today I am pretty certain that I was charged for a large drink (which I requested) however I received a large cup that’s meant for the frozen drinks (roughly the size of a normal medium) however I couldn’t really argue this as no one provided me with a receipt at either window.

The order was wrong the bread was hard the meat you could throw against the wall and it wouldn't break the hamburgers we're dry and the staff was short and seemed like they had an attitude will not be going back there and will not recommend anybody to go there

Chicken sandwich supposed to come with lettuce &tomatoes only had 2 pickle slices and no mayo driest sandwich ever. Couldn't eat it. ?
Was told to pull up and park in #3 parking spot - they had to cook my hamburger. Waited for 15 minutes, and then I finally went inside. The guy packing up the orders apologized - said he forgot about us and had given away my qtr lb cheeseburger and that it would be another 2-3 minutes. My 2 cents - I would recommend going inside to place your order.

Terrible experience I will NEVER come back again. The young lady that serve our food she was very nice. One of the managers African American lady was very rude when I asked for ketchup. I asked her why she was being rude and she walk away and completely ignored me aslo another African American employee lady jump in to the conversation with a nasty actitud. Now let's talk about their big nail and scratching heads with no stop ??

I went to the drive-thru order the number 10 for breakfast made it home and realize it was the wrong order so of course I took it back only to be insulted by the manager telling me that she took my order and that was what I ordered all lies instead of just replacing the order this woman called the police on me I'm trying to contact corporate because the police officer told me they have several calls at their location so evidently the manager is the problem she does not know how to diffuse situations. She even had the nerve to tell me that I was bored from McDonald's wow will the poor customer service I will never eat there again anyway and besides I don't even live in Shreveport I'm from Texas I was here visiting on the 4th of July my experience was so horrible that I'm making an effort to find out who owns that McDonald's and to let them know that they need new management because that lady couldn't manage your way out of a shoebox. She also slammed the drive-thru window in my face as I was trying to explain to her my order that was the only reason I went inside of the restaurant I'm not going to stop until I find the owner of this McDonald's so he can see why his sales are going down because it's a lot of people were leaving saying that they have the same problem there

It was one of the cleanest and friendliest McDonalds I've ever visited. We had a late breakfast, and our food tasted great. The young ladies working there were polite, cheerful, and helpful! Michaela and Kaitlyn were so sweet to everyone we saw walk in! It was a very pleasant dining experience.
