This is the story sorry McDonald’s they never been Service is terrible. People is in line to order and they ignoring customers. I was there in line in the ignoring me so I trying to order from the self check out. and then a black person is coming in, The girl come right away and took his order. I was behind him to make sure that my order was OK. She finished with his order and walk away ignoring me I am Ispanic person I see discrimination of my skin color Like I was invisible the service is terrible. You guys need a training people better customers we come here and pay for the food. Is not free so we deserve a good service. These people here having a nasty, nasty attitude. Everybody on from having a nasty attitude. Nobody training then how to treat the customer. They will come here and spending our money terrible experience, not recommending at all Zero stars

This is the worst McDonald’s ever!!!! Very rude and unprofessional. They don’t say anything to you they just stare at you! The mangers are even worse talking and playing with other crew members while the lobby has guest that have not been waited on. You would think the store would get better after all these years but it hasn’t. They have 5 people behind the counter but doesn’t know who is supposed to be taking orders.

We placed our order at 9:17 AM the food wasn’t ready until 9:55. Three of the employees were on their phones and arguing with the manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating here! Definitely not fast food! 👎🏽

I ordered 2 fish fillet with no tartar source for lunch. 1 fish fillet combo, the other just the sandwich. When I got to my destination I found out that instead of 2 fish fillet, I got only one, and that one had a pile of tartar source which I said I didn't want. My order was correctly taken because it showed correctly on my receipt. When I complained, I was informed to pick up another one when I get off work at 7pm (Dinner time). I'm not interested in eating this for dinner. So, it's better i get a refund.
