I'm absolutely appalled by the terrible service I received at this McDonald's location. I attempted to place a simple order at the drive-thru window of this supposed "24-hour" establishment, only to be met with complete silence. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, I tried calling the store directly, but my calls went unanswered. Finally, someone came to the window, not to take my order, but to tell me I would have to get a refund because they were "switching over to breakfast." This excuse is utterly ridiculous, as it wasn't even 4:00 AM, and breakfast isn't served until 5:30 AM. The complete lack of communication, the refusal to take my order, and the made-up excuse about the breakfast menu are beyond unacceptable. I wasted my time and left frustrated and hungry. I strongly advise anyone considering this McDonald's to go elsewhere. This experience was a complete failure on every level.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in 35 years of being alive they had 6 cars waiting all at the same time way the just walk around super slow like they don’t care about nothing pretty sure it’s always like that and it’s not even busy there doing it on purpose to everyone literally everyone that works here at night should be fired I’ll be calling corporate in the am

Overnight Crew is really bad and slow. It takes forever to just do 3 cars delivery. I am sitting here for more than 1 hr approx 1:30 mins. Doing work really slow as if they as not getting paid.
