The lady at the cash register was cursing and talking under her low about people. Not too low i heard everything! Ants crawling on counter. Health department needs to be called.

Out of all the McDonald's in Shreveport I wouldn't recommend going here. The only reason I ended up there is because I was ordering too fast on the App and didn't notice it changed the location from my favorite. Nothing there is ever working. They pretend that when you order on the App and they don't have something, they can't refund your money. This visit was for breakfast for my family. I ordered 5 cups of orange juice. While watching from the drive thru, the worker tries to show the manager on duty that it was still just concentrated and not mixed. Then she attempted to mix it with water to make the orange juice herself, and of course, I didn't get any that actually tasted like orange juice just orange water. One time I went there, I ordered a frappe on the App as usual, they still processed my order, knowing their machine was broken, no refund. I used to go there all the time, either your order is wrong, they don't have something (which they try to substitute for something of lesser value), or their machines are down. Go here at your own risk.

Terrible experiencesI only ordered two frappes & they made me wait 30 minutes then gave me two watered down frappes I called to complain they said to remake it but gave us back the same ones I am disgusted these lazy good for nothing workers have no consideration!

I ordered an egg and sausage Mcmuffin in the drive-through. The muffin was slightly burned, I asked for 2 sweeteners and cream and I don't believe they added what I asked for, maybe one sweetener was added but not stirred in and no cream and paid a 20 cent upcharge for it. I was also given the wrong price initially and then given the higher correct price. I wanted to dine in, but doors still locked after 6 am. Why are there dining tables in McDonald's for extended employee breaks. I remember service being much better a decade or two ago. What a disappointment McDonald's has become.
