No Welcome to Moe's! Just a dry not happy to be there young lady that wanted to make sure we knew just about everything was gonna be an uncharge...but forgot to say sparsely given. Thankfully no one truly enjoyed their meals.

Ordered online and received stale chips. Normally the service is better.

Foods always great but a little past 7pm July 8th the 2 girls working were both actively on their phones while making the food with the same gloves on. Not a good look!

Just absolutely not worth the money. Steak was like chewing tender beef jerky and the chicken was rubbery. Overpriced, too. No reason bowls for 2 people should cost 40, especially for what youâre getting. Could have gone out for a nicer lunch for the same price.

Listen, the food is good the portions are solid and itâs not too expensive. My problem with yalls restaurant is that every single time I go in there to get a burrito or bowl my server is bound to give me a hard time about the tofu. Like today I went back and forth with the gentleman behind the counter about having tofu as my protein choice.
He told me at first that tofu was out of stock. Then asked a different employee if they had tofu. Then told me he would have to make the tofu, cool man if I go to a restaurant and order something Iâd hope theyâd make it for me. Then he kinda just stared at me and frowned for a second and walked to the front of his station to get started on another customerâs order. Luckily a different employee came out to make the tofu.
But still whatâs the point in giving me all this trouble just because I want an item off yalls menu. Today was some of the worst customer service Iâve dealt with but every time I guy itâs always the same issue trying to get some tofu on my bowl/burrito.

I've been coming here for just about 10 years. Since I was in high school with my dad. Loved this place more than any around. Lost 60 pounds just eating here once a day for 2 months with no other food. I love Moe's. But it's not the same anymore. The fun names to build your food, (mine, the joey bag of donuts), is gone. The options to choose from has slowly dwindled, and the taste has changed. The bags used to have the branding on them, not anymore. And for me, the worst part? The salsa. El Guapo was my favorite, right next to Kaiser. But it's all gone. Now it's just two pots of something that doesn't taste right. Like, too many onions, it's sour. I cannot in good conscience recommend Moe's anymore, as much as it breaks my heart to do so. I am a habitual person, so finding a new food place is going to be difficult, I hope Moe's can go back to how it was, as it has lost its magic that captured me years ago.

Loved their customer service when I last went! Really accommodating and helpful staff that doesnât get aggravated or annoyed when asking questions or requesting more of an item.
Queso is great, they have a nice variety of sauces and salsas to choose from, and their prep line is clean and tidy. Been going here for years! *whispers* In my opinion, Moeâs >>> that other similar place across the street đ
Vegetarian options: Theyâve got a nice assortment of fresh veggies and other toppings/items if you create your own dish. From the grilled veggies and tofu to fresh jalapeños and cilantro, there are many options for things to get and customize without being limited.
Parking: Plenty of parking on the side and in front of business, shared by customers of neighboring businesses

Decent food for the price for what you get, something good for when on the go, or traveling, but not something I would eat regularly.
