Awful
Overpriced and bad cookies. How this place stays in business, I am not sure.
It’s not like they have semi-mediocre customer service either, it’s just as bad.

Young lady taking our order rolled her eyes a few times at us bc my son couldn't decide how many toppings he wanted. All while paying attention to her boyfriend in the lobby. Also manager was complaining the whole time about customers. I never leave bad reviews but couldn't help myself

Ordered through DoorDash and made a mistake on MY end. Both employees working (evening of 6/13) went above and beyond to work with me and make my experience perfect even though they didn’t have to. One of the decorators even took down a complicated phrase in Portuguese over the phone and spelled it perfectly! Cookie was baked to order and was so fresh. Worth every penny based on the customer service alone, the products being delicious sure are a great plus!

I recently visited Mrs. Field's in the Portico Shopping Center. I ordered a slice of cookie cake, and the buy 3 get one free cookies (all different flavors). The cookie cake slice was decent.... but the cookies were hard, dry, and crumbling. It's like they were old. I paid $17 and was only able to eat the cookie cake slice. I took a bite out of the peanut butter cookie and immediately threw it out. Then I tried the triple chocolate chip and the same thing. Dry and hard. So I threw it and the rest of the cookies out. I didn't even bother with the other 2. I give this place 1 star due to the cookie cake slice being edible. I won't be back.

Ordered a $40+ cookie cake. Service was ok. The chocolate chips or the cookie dough in the cake tasted sour. Had to throw it away. Waste of money

The cookies are good but very small. $2.99 for that tiny cookie is a bit much. I also didn't understand why they are still drive thru only. The service was good but make those cookies a little larger please.

THE BEST COOKIE EVER !! ?

Visited this location on 6.8.21. 2nd visit during Pandemic year. I thought the bad quality of their cookies on the 1st visit was a fluke. Nope. Still bad this 2nd visit. Both times I ordered the semi sweet with nuts. Both times they were very limp, undercooked, and oily. They wrap them individually in Saran wrap what seems so I wonder if they wrap them whole they still hot. The cookie is limp and seems to he undercooked and just falls apart when you unwrap them. And they are so thin I can't believe they are nearly $3 each for what you get.

Needed a cookie cake last minute. The ladies took care of me an hour before they opened to the public on a Sunday. And the cookie was excellent. Awesome job.

Placed an order online on Friday for delivery on Saturday as a gift to be delivered. It NEVER showed up and when I called to verify, they gave me the run around and they were very rude. I didn’t order on door dash site I ordered directly through Mrs. Fields which they are partnered with door dash. Tried to get a refund and they won’t do it. Don’t waste your money here. It’s a shame they they are rude and ripped me off.

As a 3yr+ customer, this is my first review for Mrs. Field's but I feel it's time.Over the past few years, I have taken my daughters' to pick out their birthday cake every year. This year our tradition had a minor setback (thx Covid) so we decided to make our order online. Firstly, I was very surprised at the variety of different birthday-themed cakes that were offered online. We were able to find an awesome design to go with our theme and put in our order. Our cake turned out perfect to say the least :) it was so fresh and delicious, you could tell it had been baked that morning. This location has never disappointed when it came to any face-to-face orders (always so accommodating to requests) and now I can attest that they have exceeded my expectations again but with an ONLINE ORDER. Order something, you won't be disappointed!
