Naruto Ramen is one of the most incredible and authentic restaurants in Shreveport-Bossier! After living in Japan for 3 years, I struggled to find truly authentic ramen! Naruto hits the spot every time! Hot, delicious, aromatic…just incredible! Restaurant is super clean. Staff is very prompt and friendly. Absolutely love Naruto Ramen and it’s my go to spot!

When you walk in, it has a welcoming atmosphere accompanied by warm welcomes of the waitresses.
I ordered the tonkotsu Ramen with the karagge and takoyaki appetizer.
The karagge was a crispy chicken flavor bomb. Super good accompanied by a sauce that added a slight creaminess that mellowed down the flavor but in a good way.
Takoyaki had a good crisp on the outside and a fluffy/ puffy texture on the inside.
The tonkotsu Ramen was just a flavor bomb. The marinated egg was to die for. It had a light soy sauce flavor to it. The charsu was tender and marinated with a good amount of fat attached. The bamboo shoots complemented it really well since it has a slight tangyness to it that helped with the fats.
Will definitely be coming again!
Also, the waitress we had was super cute.

Went in maybe 45 mins to closing and received excellent customer service! Our server was so sweet and the food was delicious. Very comfortable atmosphere. The chicken friend rice, beef ramen , and Naruto fruit tea was soooooo good. Looking forward to visiting again.
