Five over five over five! From friendly service to excrement cuisine and an atmosphere straight out of old Texas itself, Nicky's is a great dining experience. I will go back again for sure. I had the combo plate. I cannot wait to try another dish here.

Stumbled upon Nicky’s Mexican Restaurant as it was right across from our hotel on Pine Ave in Shreveport. Their food was some of the best we had! We both enjoyed Enchilada Rancheros which was awesome! And their homemade guacamole was amazing! Margaritas were really good as well. I saw quite a few negative posts about their service. We did not experience any issues here.

I've always enjoyed Nicky's restaurant over the years. The food is great, service is always upbeat and accommodating. I really have no negative experience when I go. The prices are what makes it stand out to me the most. My personal favorite is the chicken chimichanga. With the house sauce over it. It goes great with the chips and salsa.
So if you're looking for a nice Mexican restaurant, I'd give this a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
