The picture does not do this place any justice. We ordered a combination bowl to go and it was delicious! Friendly service too. Price was fair- this plate was about $20.

Chicken fried rice taste like it was frozen and cooked in a microwave. My friends PHO combination had raw meat it. Trash food and outrageous prices.

For a place called the noodle bar one would expect moonless options. They were in the soups and in one salad.Parking: Park in the parking garage and go to the second floorWheelchair accessibility: It's at the ballies casino af course its wheelchair accessible

Save your money and go the burger bar instead. Pho and chicken fried rice is not it for the price. I paid a total of $59.24 for an order of combination pho, chicken fried rice and spring rolls. The pho was super sweet. I had to drench it in sriracha and hoisin sauce to take some of the sweetness away. There was not enough noodles in the pho. The beef that they provided me was super stringy, the broth was not hot enough therefor it never really cooked all the way. I can never finish a bowl of pho at my regular restaurants but today I left hungry. The chicken fried rice ...some of the chicken pieces were half cooked. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is yet another generous rating, and it's only because you're much better off here than Sportsman's Paradise if dining at Bally's Shreveport. The first d*** thing here is that you place your order when you walk in. This means if there are people waiting behind you, you can't take your time to look at your options. The second d*** thing here is the Chicken Wings. I do not recommend. The third d*** thing here is that it costs $20 for some noodles in a bowl with a few pieces of chicken. The reason for the four stars is because this dish tasted good and there was nothing else to eat here during the week--and because the waiter was friendly, even though I didn't get my water until the end of the meal. To be honest, Shreveport shouldn't be a destination for you overall, and if it is for some crazy reason, stay at Horseshoe or Margaritaville.

Sunday 7/10/22Ughhh ? one of the worst places to eat at inside of the Bally’s hotel.First off the girl at the cashiers station wasn’t friendly, didn’t explain the meals very good. She was just there to “work” and collect your money. Then when you sit down, took FOREVER to get your drinks, took another FOREVER to get your food, then the food was nasty, I got the combination rice, $22, tasted a day old, dry, yuck ?. I do not recommend. Don’t even know who our waiter was, it was like a few different people. Only good thing I have to say is THANK YOU to Carlos, he was sweet and patient.

If I did not have the $50 dollar voucher, I would not even consider eating at the place as the prices are definitely overpriced for what you get. You are better off going downstairs and eating at the Vintage or Cafe. But the good news is I have eaten almost every main restaurant at Bally's except the one on the third floor, but I hardly go up there. The place looks nice on the outside and fancy on the inside. You ordered your food. The lady in the front took my order. I ordered the BBQ pork platter which ones with pork chop, chicken, kalbi ribs, rice sampler. I got the egg rolls, Crab Rangoon and Chicken Wings. At first the lady in the front did not hear me wanting the chicken wings and told me I had $10 dollars more think the price included taxes I got the crab rangoon. When I got the ticket, I saw the chicken wings was missing. So they fixed it and I ended up paying an extra $2 dollars for it, but they gave me the crab rangoon for free. Okay now for the food. The appetizers came out eggs rolls and crab rangoon. The lady that served me was very nice and came out promptly. It was okay and not too bad. The bbq pork plate was god awful. The chicken and pork chop was over cooked and very dry. The only decent thing was the Kalbi ribs, so save yourself the 4 dollars and not be curious and get that plate. My chicken wings ended up coming last and the sauce was good, but the chicken was overcooked and very dry. I was debating whether or not I wanted to take home the food, but saying well I lost a lot of money at Bally's I forced myself to take it home.

I got the pho combination. Decent pricing, good broth and good portion of meat! Customer service was quick and friendly.

If you want corner store Asian food in an upscale Asian restaurant decor then boy is this the place for you! This food was subpar at best I've had better from a grocery store freezer! It takes about 45 mins to get anything that you've ordered even a simple bottle of soda! I definitely will not return! Also this place is named Noodle Bar but there is in fact only 5 noodle dishes on the menu how's that supposed to work lol save yourself the trouble and Don't eat here !

This was the worse place I have eaten in a long time!!! What a huge disappointment the rice was old and the noodles we got we’re so thin and allstick together. Panda Express is ten times better then this place and a quarter of the price I wish I would of taken a picture of this food I am so disappointed and can not believe they would even call them a noodle bar!!

The pho was ok. The meat was tender but the sausage was tough. Overall ok. The egg rolls were the best part but only 3 to an order. For 2 people we had to half the last. The "server" brought us drinks never to be seen again.

Very clean, very nice restaurant to eat it. Quiet. Me and my wife both had spring rolls and a bowl of combination pho. It’s a little pricey but it’s really good. I would go. Ack and try it again or other things. One other thing is that they do seem really nice, like they are there because they have to work and they did their job fine but no conversation . I didn’t care. Food was nice

This place is a joke! They refused me a glass of water unless I paid $3!!!! Are you kidding me? They are already overpriced and I don't even know what the "meatball" was made out of that I fished out of my Pho because it was so nasty! Go anywhere but to the greedy hole!
