We pulled up here at 2 minutes to 7:00. The 2 ladies inside stood there and watched us back up and park to come in. As we were opening our car doors, they turned off the lights and they other rushed over to lock the door. We would have most likely been out by 7:00 because we knew exactly what we wanted. I owned a business and my employee’s never locked our doors on any customer! Very disappointed at this stores customer service. We will not be back.

My mom bought a box of buntlets and half of them had no icing. We live over an hour away and when she got home she opened the box and contacted the store. The lady was very rude and told her basically the only solution was to bring the cakes back and get icing. Why would you expect someone to drive over an hour back to get the icing and respond with “ok what do you expect me to do” Not good customer service
We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Great customer service by Sarah. There are many places you go to and they do not even acknowledge your presence. She was very friendly & knowledgeable.
I do hope you bring back the Pecan Praline. It has always been my favorite.
