Wow.... great place. Excellent food and value. Super location as well had a nice view looking out to the lake boat dock. Only disappointment was the service. The help was very friendly however considerably unattentive.. Before dinner i had to interrupt the bartender from surfing on his phone to get us before dinner drinks. Then after we were buzzed for our table the hostess led us to the dinning room and left us standing waiting looking at the dinning room. When i asked a waitress if we could just sit anywhere she said " Didn't someome take you to a table ? " Obviouly not as the hostess had left us standing there. She showed us to a close by table but was nice when i asked for a better open window sear that had a beautiful look over the lake. The waitress came to our table and asked what we wanted to order and never even had given us a menu ! When I asked " Can we get a menu ?" She then went and handed me a menu ignoring the person i was dining with. So i shared my menu with my dinner partner. We each ordered an appetizer to share. We got the alligator bites but never got our second appetizer until it was served with our main dishes. The food did come out quickly but the waitress put it on thevtable and left. There we were sitting with all of our food with no forks, knives, or napkins. I had to flag our waitress to get some forks. Food was excellent and i thought at a very reasonable price. Well cooked and good portions. Lastly when a dish hop offered to clear our dirty dishes i asked for more water and he said he would get me some but never came back. I had to flag down our waitness again to get
A refill of my small water glass. I think they need to just get someone to train the waitress/waiter staff basics of waiting on tables. It seemed like nobody working there knew how to be attentive to the customer. However with such great food i can see why the place stays busy.

I have heard about this restaurant so we decided to try it today I was very disappointed my fish was fried in old grease my fries were not crispy the place was dirty base boards need a good cleaning windows dirty and don’t forget about the parking lot holes everywhere

When you eat at Orlandeaux's Cafe' you must eat the Stuff shrimp. Their Stump Shrimp are to die for. All their other food is as awesome. This is a family owned restaurant that dates back years ago and the food is just as good as it was back then at the original location.

Although I'm from Shreveport I'm embarrassed to say this lol it was my first time here! The wait was long as to be expected based on events. I swear it was soooo worth it! EVERYTHING was very tasteful and well seasoned! The waitress was AMAZING! I didn't get her name because I was the last in our 15 persons party to arrive but I'll definitely reach out to one of the family members to get it! I think I'll be coming once a month no doubt!! positive criticism I hope they fix the parking are and flooring soon. See yall next month!!😍😍

Jasmine was a very beautiful and polite waitress 😌 our order was taken in a timely matter and also our food was great and she refilled our drinks without us even asking definitely would love to see her again ❤️

So let me start by saying I’ve always loved the food. It’s delish! However recently I tried to book the second floor ballroom for an event and Sharon Davis(who is the one you have to book thru) was not only extremely hard to get in touch with but was rude when I finally did get her to answer the phone. I called multiple times-no answer, texted-no answer, went up to the restaurant twice(staff there was nice) and finally got Sharon to answer her phone yesterday and her first question “Who gave you my name and number?” After telling her I was interested in renting the room she said she was on her way to the bank and would call me back after that. Still have not received a phone call. Me and my family will never go to Orlandeaux’s again. Not because the food isn’t great but because of Sharon and her rudeness and lack of professionalism. Apparently they don’t need the money or they wouldn’t be turning people away like this. Extremely disappointed in them and I hope the manager can fix this problem.

Where do I start….I HIGHLY recommend Orlandeaux…the food was unexplainably delicious. Everything that we ordered was soooooo good..our waitress Latisha was top notch and attentive to our every need…the entire staff was so friendly…it felt like we were dining with family. We may come back to Shreveport just to dine here again. I give it 100000 out of 10. Thanks for such an amazing dining experience.
