Waited 10 min for a table in an empty restaurant. Server was good. Greeter was average.
My Transformers Sunday School Class had our Christmas Fellowship on 12/6/25, and had the most Wonderful time. The atmosphere was perfect, our Server “Ebony” was Outstanding. She Anticipated our every need. She was warm & Friendly. Her Knowledge of the Menu & her desire to help us navigate what was available for us to order was “PRICELESS”!!!!!!
We will definitely use your restaurant again & definitely ask for “Ebony”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited 2 hours for our reserved table that the staff gave away TWO seperate times to other parties. Once we were seated our waiter rused us to order and seemed to not have a care in the world. Food was overcooked but not terrible.

My family of 3 traveled to Shreveport from PCB, FL. Anytime we visit anywhere, we always stop at Outback for the prime rib because hardly anywhere has one now n’ days. As much as I would love to give 5 stars for the FOH experience, I saw another comment about the prime rib being tough and overdone, which both mine and my husband’s were the same way, leading us to believe the prime rib was roasting from a previous day. We chose to not complain because we are a table that knows what we want and we don’t want the server (who by the way, Melissa was amazing and helped us in every way she could!) to get annoyed by us if we complain. Leaving this comment in hopes the General Manager or Kitchen Manager for the location sees and can do something to make the prime rib not come out the same way to others! But also wanting to mention Melissa because you can tell she has been in this industry for a while and keeps a happy face on, no matter the difficulty of the table. (:
Kid-friendliness: Our 1 year old son was with us (after just having surgery) and although I asked for a high chair, he didn’t want to sit in it. He wanted to be able to move around or get up and down from the booth (we didn’t let him roam the restaurant to ensure he didn’t bother any one else dining in). The staff still enjoyed him and made us feel welcome!

The experience was horrible. Concert was canceled. We were not notified. Have not received a refund yet. Will never go back to the municipal auditorium in Shreveport Louisiana again

Was in restaurant 2 and a half hours to be told 40 minutes after ordering, our food would be a longer wait because they had a 50 top table they were preparing which I never saw evidence of more than about 20 people in the restaurant while we were there. My niece, myself and my husband had ordered baked potatoes, my niece as her meal , to be told when talking to the manager that they were out of potatoes. I asked when were they going to notify us if this and his answer was the kitchen had just informed them of this. I didn't believe him. We left the restaurant, we were a group of 9; paying for our drinks and without any food. Worse service ever. 4 other tables around us experienced the same thing and walked out also
