My family of 3 traveled to Shreveport from PCB, FL. Anytime we visit anywhere, we always stop at Outback for the prime rib because hardly anywhere has one now n’ days. As much as I would love to give 5 stars for the FOH experience, I saw another comment about the prime rib being tough and overdone, which both mine and my husband’s were the same way, leading us to believe the prime rib was roasting from a previous day. We chose to not complain because we are a table that knows...

Almost everything was good as always except the prime rib. It was THE worst piece of meat that I have ever been served. It was overdone, tough, stringy, and unedible....even the center which is usually the most tender. The bloomin onion was a little overdone but no big deal. However, paying $31 for a piece of meat that I could not even chew was very disappointing. I did not even take it home to my dog, that is how bad it was.
