I ordered chow mein noodles and received fried rice...it has egg in it. Didn't receive full refund for that 😕. My vegi spring rolls were not fresh....nasty. The only good thing was presentation and lots of fortune cookies.

Did not want to take my order because it was 20 minutes before they closed, and employees were standing around doing nothing and watched me sit there at the drive thru and window while honking my horn to get attention. fyi it’s only night shift. Panda Express is great food wise.

This is absolutely insane. I went to Panda Express. No crab rangoons that's a bummer but alright. No ice for the drinks alright at least the drinks come out cold. They hand me a warm soda and a straw with no wrapper! I was told they ran out of straws and "had to buy more".
I get home incredibly irritated, sit down, open up the box, and they just left a whole spot empty and didn't give me my orange chicken. They'll be closed by the time I get home and I am so pissed off right now. Lesson learned I'm never going to the panda Express on Youree drive ever again

I have ordered my food online from Panda Express numerous times. They used to include teriyaki sauce packets in your bag. The last 4 orders I’ve placed, I’ve made a SPECIAL KITCHEN INSTRUCTION to include the sauce packets in my bag. I get home all 4 times and have not seen a single packet once.
