Every single time I order string bean chicken breast with teriyaki sauce, y'all forget to give me teriyaki sauce. Even when I specified at the window “please make sure there’s teriyaki sauce in the bag” without fail I NEVER GET MY TERIYAKI SAUCE.

They skimped out on my orange chicken, rice, and noodles. I have never been one to complain but it was half the size as normal and didn’t even fill up a single side with orange chicken

Guy in the window gave me an attitude because I asked for fresh food. Makes the comment “food is always fresh maam” then proceeds to give me unfresh food. Dry and it taste like it’s been sitting all day! Very dissatisfied!

It’s always a hit or miss. They rarely put sauces and the plates are barely full, it’s disappointing everytime but the food is good, that’s the only good thing about this place

So I have a 2 years old daughter and she in love with panda teriyaki
I stop there with her on 02/05/26 at 7:25 pm
And order small side of teriyaki
I believe whoever served me was the store manager
I just want to thank her for putting a big smile on me and my daughter because the way she treated us was amazing

Servers need to wear gloves and mask. Order server wiping nose with her sleeve and not washing hands. I left after that. Very unsanitary.

I waited for 12 minutes for my order at the drive through speaker just for the employee to be angry that I was in the drive through. I ordered a plate with double walnut shrimp as the entrees and was given four pieces of shrimp. This location doesn't even deserve one star.

Pulled in through the drive thru asked for (3) Plates. Double Black Pepper Chicken, 1/2 super greens & 1/2 white rice. I was told it would take 40 minutes for them to cook the white rice…Not sure if that is normal or not or they just weren’t in the mood to cook it plus the rangoons were hard . However , Black pepper chicken was good and nice portions were given

Always somthing wrong with this place. Wife got 4 pieces of meat in on little scoop. Noodles were crispy. Out of soy sauce. Soda machine dont work right. Use to be a great place. I won't be back. Good luck staying in bussiness.
