This used to be one of my favorite places for lunch but recently in the past few months every time I go there I get horrible customer service. This has been happening for the past few months I dont know what changed but it’s like I heir service went from excellent to piss poor overnight

The Great Memory

Went in one time to pick up a order, they became rude to me when I entered, they told me to go through the drive-thru while the lobby was open, there was 30 minutes before the lobby closed, I don't usually receive get this treatment when I go to this exact resturant, they are usually friendly but not that day, most of the people that work there don't know proper manners or respect.

Chicken was rubbery, noodles dry and odd tasting, chow mein disappointing too. Spring roll was if you can believe nearly Hollow, very poor meal

Paid extra for little bits of meat. One of my premium choices had little bits of meat. Definately not worth the extra. Also not used to being charged for 'panda crafted' beverages. Your competing with coke and pepsi, you make this stuff.You shouldn't charge extra

My wife in I went to this location on 10/02/2025, all of the employees were sitting out in the lounge laughing, talking loud and very unprofessional. one or two were running around going in and out of the front door talking to a friend who was sitting out in the car. We (my wife and I) usually eat out every day and at Panda Express twice a week spending more than 25-30 dollars each visit. We had stop coming to this location because of an unprofessional atmosphere. It was around 3:39pm, we were stared at as we walked in, the employees were laughing making my wife and I feel that they were laughing at us. The lady along with others were sitting down in the lounge and didn't show any urgency on getting up and helping us. No one washed their hands after getting up. The food was dry and not clean around the pan, food had falling or were hanging off on the side. The chow mein had lots of oil or water in the pan. I asked the lady what all of the water in the pan was. The food had been sitting there for a long time without being stir. I am very disappointed in the service, the I don't care attitude, the unfriendly demeanor. I will never return back to this place and/ or location. Now I understand why this location has a 3.7 rating.

I don't even want to give 1 star. They push door dashers off to the back burner. Then get attitude when you tell them you have been there a while. While taking care of the drive thru and customers walking in. I never have a good experience at this one

Order our food ahead. We waited for about 50 mins and still no one was working on our order. So we finally asked and after about 7 families or more have received there food way before us we assumed we had to stand in line to order even after ordering online had to wait an hour

The manager was very dismissive about the portion of meat that was with meal. She said that the meat portion was correct and that was how it would be from now on. Mostly vegetables and raw big hunks at best. We won’t be back anytime soon because there are too many restaurants in town

Staff will not answer you if you talk to them, they look at you with dead eyes when all you wanna do is take home your online order that was supposed to be ready 20 mins ago.

Panda was for a long time hit or miss, but recently, in the last month or so, this location specifically has been SO GOOD 🤌🏻🤌🏻 The drive through employees are so nice and the food has bee fresh and hot! Keep it up!!
