Was going there often to get my order inside as I've have had to many messed up orders from the drive thru. I arrived at 9:55 PM and doors were locked, everyone inside said go to drive thru, I checked the hours on the door and Google maps and their website as I was curious as to doors being locked and when I put my phone up to window showing the posted hours I was told they lock the lobby at 10 PM so they could clean the restaurant. I contacted their customer no care support who replied that all Panda Express restaurants close the lobby at 10 PM so they can clean. I don't understand why they don't post this information on the door, website, or Google maps. Customer no care response stated that hours posted are correct, but it plainly isn't for anyone who checks them out, not going back!

I ordered the bigger plate with chow main and 3 entrees. 1 orange chicken and 2 teriyaki chickens for the entrees. Instead I got 2 orange chickens and 1 teriyaki chicken. It was through the drive thru at 10:15. I understand that you close at 10:30 and if you're out of something, you let me know. Don't just give me what you have if I didn't want it. Horrible service.

We were staying in a nearby hotel, and I stopped in after a long day to get food for my daughter. I have celiac's disease so just planned on not getting anything that night, but the staff went overboard to check options for me. Louis ended up making some fresh veggies in a ginger sauce for me to have over rice. Ced was so friendly and helpful, coming up with options for me. It was just such a nice experience after a tough day. I highly recommend them- what a great staff!

It's fairly new here and I am delighted to have one so close to home !
It is right off the interstate and easy for travelers to find. Easy for the locals, too.
The parking lot is fairly big and can support bigger vehicles and trailers. It's keep clean and presents a very welcoming enviroment.
The exterior of the building is also awesome and easy to tell where you are 😁
When you walk inside you are greeted. We go here very often and are greeted everytime.
The food is great! I place several orders online and they have always been fresh and correct ! Sometimes we eat in and it's a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The interior design is awesome - see photos !!
The employees are all terrific. Again, this is consistent on every visit.
My review is the summary of at least a dozen visits, if not more. No place is perfect for EVERY customer EVERY time. Nobody. Panda consistently gives great food and service !

Everyone loves panda’s teriyaki. But I think the knives here need to be sharpened. This is the biggest piece of teriyaki I’ve ever been given! The small side box was filled with about 3 other big chunks
