Papa Johns Pizza

Went to pick up a DoorDash door was open walk in and the lady was very rude to me saying that they were already closed but they closed 22 minutes ago and after I told them that I was here for a DoorDash or like we don’t have it we are closed Very rudely to me so be careful if you order from this place on DoorDash or anything.

Absolutely terrible management
Delivery Driver dropped off order at completely wrong address. Call management and said bc it was 15 mins before close they won't remake it bc they already closed down there ovens. So no pizza at 11pm and I ordered mine at 9:46pm
I will never order here again

The food was good as always, but the staff could use a little professionalism. not much seating for waiting customers.

The pizza was great ?! I gave it a four star because I did not have enough garlic sauce for my Large Pizza. I understand revenue, but come on, it does not make Any sense to give one small portion of garlic sauce with a LARGE PIZZA ?!

It was a great experience. My son loved watching the pizza be made, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was honestly the best pizza any of us have ever had! Highly recommend.

Sylvia called to inform me of an order update and was very professional and courteous. Seconds later I got a call from Stephanie to inform me about the update as well. They had no idea they both were calling but I was very impressed with the attention to detail. I loved the pride they both had in excellent service and although the product I ordered was no longer available they made sure they made it right. 5 stars for these awesome ladies !!!

EVERY MANAGER Associated with papa John needs to be fired including SHILPAN PATEL they are all RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and only care about they selves I wouldn't recommend anyone to this he'll whole they have they need to be shut down food has bugs in it they treat employees like crap and can't keep ant workers cause of they selfish acts n silly ways DONT EVER GO TO PAPA JOHN
