I tried the new garlic 5 cheese pizza and it was really good. 👌🏾 I just love cheese lol. And Jocelyn 🩵💙 made it perfectly and gave great customer service even though she was extremely busy. 👏🏾

Called to check to see if another location was open the manager kept hanging up the phone had to call the bossier location for help the manager there was amazing

I'm a DoorDasher and when I arrived to pick up at 12:08 an order going less than 3 miles away from the store, the store was closed and the food was left sitting outside to get cold. IThe customer has been informed so that they can get a refund on this order. If you do not wish to do your job and wait for the dasher to arrive, send one of your OWN delivery drivers to take the food (since 3 miles IS within your area). Otherwise you need to do your job and wait for the dasher to get to the store. Very unhygienic, taking the risk of the food being stolen, and very unprofessional.

Messed up order, then the manager proceeded to get an attitude and they hung up abruptly. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Walked into Papa John’s in Shreveport expecting a basic pepperoni pie, walked out questioning if I just had a spiritual experience through garlic sauce. The staff was friendly, the pizza was hot, and the crust had that slightly smug “I know I’m better than frozen” vibe.

Only complaint? The pizza disappeared too fast. Pretty sure it evaporated in my car before I made it home. Either I blacked out from hunger, or that was one seriously good slice of sorcery.

Highly disappointed....didnt receive all that I paid for and garlic sauce was open (looked like it was used) and the pizza sauce that came with the joke of breadsticks was opened and sideways in the box

Never order from the papajohns website for delivery. Took the money and didn't deliver the food. They blame doordash and doordash blames them. Neither will isdue a refund and just blame each other.

The phone ordering service was good; but in person, customer service tucked! I was not greeted. The young woman near the front was talking so loudly to another one who was in the back, while checking her cellphone. They continued enjoying their conversation. Another young woman who appeared to be near the oven finally came up to assist.
I won't be returning anytime soon.

Absolutely LOVE this place! The Employees are hands down the Best! And the food is Wonderful!

Terrible customer service. Those people hate their jobs.I ordered delivery and included tip and after an hour and a half I called 3 times and no answer. I had to drive up there and my pizza was cold. Never ever will I order from this papa johns

I paid for extra sauce on a medium pizza. Got it home and there is almost no sauce. I don't understand how paying for extra sauce did not end up with more tomato sauce!?
