The girls making the pizzas always work hard it's the other ones that work behind the counter playing with their phones playing in their hair ignoring you when you come in closing early even would even look at you at the door and not acknowledge you playing on their phone until they get ready to leave it's really annoying and I wish there was a way to contact the owner because them left in there by themselves the ones that aren't making pizza they don't do anything but play on their phones stare at you weird they don't greet you and they're more than happy to close early and not complete orders I had to pick up at 11:04 and the girl was standing there playing at the counter on her phone when I walked up to the door at exactly 11:00 there was no attempt made to make the order and this is about the 4th or fifth time it's happened I would love to speak to the owner.. they truly don't care about you or your business as an owner I don't know what happened to the guy that used to be in there but they used to work when he was there

Very unprofessional. On the website I put one thing. And they made my Lisa a completely different way. When I asked them to remake it the manager had a terrible attitude and told me they weren’t gonna remake it. But looking at the pizza you could tell they messed up and then tried to cover it with cheese to “fix” it. I then called once I made it home she refused to give me her name and was very disrespectful about it. Even with my 28.99 coupon I still spent $39. There is no reason I paid that much to have a botched pizza AND deal with an attitude with kindly asking about the mistake. THE WEBSITE WAS NOT ACCURATE AS FAR AS TRACKING MY ORDER. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS THE YOUNG MALE ON SHIFT SIMPLY SAID “it’s waiting on you to pick it up” I REPLIED AND ASKED HIM HOW LONG HAD IT BEEN UP BECAUSE THE WEBSITE WAS NOT WORKING AND HE SAID HE DIDNT KNOW AND HUNG UO IN MY FACE.

Walked in to place a to go order employees did not greet us just stared and walked around. A lady from the back stated that the system was down after 5 of minutes of standing there. This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The customer service was trash and also when I called to speak with a manger the girl that answered the phone was sounding like she was laughing in the background the manager got on the phone and didn’t seem concerned at all! They need a better staff especially if people are coming in to spend there money! I was very disappointed and NEVER WILL RETURN BACK AGAIN!!

First and foremost, these kids today don't appreciate the value of working. The young man at the counter all he cared about was his hair and had ear pods in, I would say that the young lady making the pizza was working her butt off ALL BY HERSELF! Anyway, the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A JOKE ( While I'm trying to speak with the young man he proceeds to go behind the counter) I just got in my car and left. Even tho the Mansfield Rd location is down the street from my house, I'll be looking for a new location. I ONLY LEFT ONE STAR JUST TO MAKE A REVIEW! Papa John's has to be price gouging because there should be no way that four medium pizzas cost $102. As much as I've been a lover of pizza over the years for that much I will never buy pizza again. That's like almost 2 weeks worth of groceries I get things are expensive and I can understand but for four pizzas that were medium size in really not that good 102 is a scam. Fast food is becoming so ridiculous with their prices that not even middle-class people are going to afford to be able to eat out or eat in.

Save your money... Frozen pizza is far better than this place.

I wish I could’ve gave this place a zero star. I just ordered from here I usually go to the Westport location. I called trying to order a large cheese pizza and half with no cheese just the sauce for my niece. I had to call three times, first time they told me it was impossible to do which was untrue because I order it all the time I get on the phone with someone else and they are giving me attitude. I had put the card information in wrong after ordering and the person on the phone hung up in my face. I called once again for a manager and it was the same employee he tried to argue in my face stating I was in the wrong and hung up in my face again. At that point no reason to even order there and won’t ever again! Disgusting place! Ride environment need better leadership!!! :(
