The food is always on point, but could definitely try using less oil... we're not frying chicken. The employees here are so rude and make you feel so unwelcome. If you don't like what you do save the attitude and find a place more suitable to your liking. Also, they refuse to take your order 30 mins before closing. It's very unfortunate when you had to drive Miles to come to the only Papa Murphy's in the area... something desperately need to be done about this!!!

The wife and I regularly get Papa Murphy's. I order in the late morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Quick, Easy, and Good Food.

I have to be honest I am a little old fashion. I was deeply disturbed that their bathroom was disgusting. How are you? Cooking in a bathroom is disgusting that you’re using to I think any business that deals with food everything should be up to Code and clean. And when I say accepted to the staff, they agreed that the bathroom was nasty and had no problem with it were even one of the young ladies did not continue making my food and another young lady had to jump in and make it I will not be going back.

I walked in 10 mins before closing time and the guy making pizzas refused to make my pizza. He said that the register was closed down and the store was still unlocked and the BIG OPEN SIGN was still on shining bright!! I work at a restaurant myself and that was biggest load of nonsense I’ve heard in my day. My kids wanted papa murphys but I couldn’t bring them any!!Bad service!!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Over the past 8 months or so the service has gone downhill. The staff get their nails done so long, the gloves are halfway down the palms of their hands, aka- nasty. If one or all of them are in a poor mood, they voice it. LOUDLY. Or just totally argue in front of the customers then talk trash TO the customers after making our pizza completely wrong on purpose with giant chunks of parmesan then said to get tf out. Y'all need Jesus fr. Also asking for a tip before service is rendered is bad business and looks desperate considering the decline in business due to ignorant staff.

Since the Bossier store closed I always make a point of going to the Shreveport store when I am in the area. Well, I did until today. This was Terrible. First, they had no regular large pizzas ready, it was after 11:00 in the morning and they should have had some ready to go. Second, the amount of ingredients that was put on the pizza was about 1/2 of what they used to be. That will be the last time we go there. Know they changed owners but it should not have been that bad. To make matters worse the thin crust is really not any good. By Papa's. One more thing, there was water all over the place from an obvious leak that they had catching in a container and it was spilling over.
