I ordered fried chicken, casserole and carrot souffle through Door Dash. Get my order and no carrots. I call picadilly to complain about no carrots souffle and was told they didn't have any! Instead of replacing it, I got nothing. Needless to say, it will be another minute before I even order the liver again.

Food was bland-I ordered turkey with rice, it was on the same plate. I asked the girl how many sides come with this? she said 2-she should of told me that the rice was considered 1 side. Food was way over priced-just being truthful-Lesson learned-won't see me there again

Why can this place not open on time on Sunday April 27th? You advertise 11 am and do not open at 11 am. Terrible customer service
Long line because it was Easter Sunday. Everyone loved their meal.
Food was cold and way to pricely. Couldn't eat was afraid of getting sick will never eat there again.I did pay for the food
This was an experience . The food was actually rather good. Y he people were friendly. I was lifted with a free meal from a stranger who was once a principal. She'd just retired and was blessed to have given so many years of her service to Caddo Parish.

Ordered fried fish. Mashed potatoes and okra. Fish had been sitting there awhile and cold, potatoes were cold. Okra was ok. Sprite had the taste of muddy water. Hubby got baked fish. Said it was good. Cabbage was good and a bit cool. Potatoes were cool. Got coffee. Said it was the best part of meal. Cornbread was hard.We visit this area frequently and will not return to this restaurant. We did not have dessert.
