Pizza Hut in Shreveport

“I’ve been working in the area for the past few months and order from pines road often. I order the pan style crust with light marinara sauce. It’s always perfect and so much better than my home town hut. They are always prompt with the order that I place online and pick up.“

“I placed an order online , my order was canceled due to me not answering the phone to tell me they were out of Italian sausage. So I pulled up ready to grab my order as I was greeted I heard a voice that says I’m by myself if you could please give me a moment and I’ll be right with you. I said okay and proceeded to wait then I addressed the fact that I had received a call but missed it . So , she stated she called to inform me that they were out of It. Sausage and that she had to cancel due to no response but if i give her a minute she’ll be able to assist and added she’ll take care of me. So I waited for 30 mins and watched her do her thing knocking them orders out as they came through No Complaints . Had she been upset , frustrated or even had an attitude due to being alone I more than likely would’ve left. But the way she was sincere about the wait and being alone I made sure I stayed and she also accommodated me for waiting and thanked me for having patience. ❤️ She told me to come back and see her & I sure will. Thank you so much for going above & beyond with your customer service it definitely meant alot. Y’all be sure to go pull up & order with Ms TWILLA ?“

“The Doordasher charged me the wrong price. Miscommunication, I'm sure. BUT Kassie at Shreveport/Barksdale went out of her way AND called Doordash and made EVERYTHING right! I didn't even ask or anything! Not even her mistake nor was she asked! Kassie went ABOVE and beyond! She is DEFINITELY an asset to Pizza Hut or ANY company that employs her! I work in food and beverage, and I can say this doesn't happen, EVER, anymore! She's a gem, and should be treated as such!“

“The cook did made my pizza just how i order it it was so perfectly made!!! My pizza was very delicious and hot made on time and they had great customer service madr sure my order was correct before i drove away and very friendly I give them 10/10 thank you“

“My son had a night birthday party on July 20th. 3 days ago. I ordered 12 pizzas and tons of different flavor wings. I placed the order that morning and it was for a pickup at 7p. All of the pizza and wings were HOT and DELICIOUS. I didn’t have time to take pictures because we were to busy eating. I read the reviews before choosing them. Thanks to my sons godmom I ordered. Her family orders from here all the time. My experience with this Pizza Hut was excellent. Kudos to the staff that worked July 20th!!“

“I believe in giving credit where it's due. I went out on a limb and ordered pizza and wings to watch Monday night football. The kicker is that I had not ordered from this pizza hut in about a year because of a very nasty, rude driver. However, we decided to try this location again for pick up. Once I went into the store to get the order, I told the cashier I should have a credit due to the last incident, as indicated by the district manager when I called in my complaint. The young man did not see the credit in the system but wanted to accommodate me for giving them another chance. I appreciated the integrity shown and the willingness to go above and beyond to keep me as a customer. Thank you to the Pizza Hut staff at the Southern Loop location in Shreveport! Good job!“

“Have always opted for "Carry-out" and "Window Pickup", as there's not a location that offers delivery in my area.Staff are always friendly and I have very seldom had to wait for more than a few minutes before someone was able to do a "Window Check". The place seems to be well run and I've always been pleased with my orders. I can't say that for one or two of their "competitors" that actually deliver but are often long waits and/or missing incorrect items.Just sayin'...

Parking: Decent size parking area. Many people opt for the carry-out window, so parking isn't often an issue.

Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty much what you'd find at most "Service Industry" businesses that try to accommodate ALL their customers.“
