DONT GET DELIVERY!!! I ordered delivery and waited a hour for them to tell me they delivered my food however no food was left outside and no one knocked on my door, regardless of the fact that I chose hand to me. I called the store to figure out how to receive my order, didn’t say hello or anything just said “ I am gonna put you on hold” sat on hold for 30 minutes never got my food wasted $25 And my kids starved had to split a pack of ramen noodles. If you not picking up they don’t care about your food.

The store manager cares and has instilled customer service very well in the employees.Such that food quality is constantly maintained

The pizza was cold dry no sauce on it overcooked The store in Shreveport, Louisiana on N. Market St. they have a rude attitude. They will not refund me my money. They gave me something. I did not ask for and did not pay for. I would not be ordering no more pizza from them for my grandkids.They need to make sure that they employees have gloves on at all time they be outside, taking out trash, using the restroom and coming back into the building and fixing our food with they hands.. And some of them have long fingernails on And they pick up our cheese meat And other food items to put on the pizza, please fix it

I placed an order online , my order was canceled due to me not answering the phone to tell me they were out of Italian sausage. So I pulled up ready to grab my order as I was greeted I heard a voice that says I’m by myself if you could please give me a moment and I’ll be right with you. I said okay and proceeded to wait then I addressed the fact that I had received a call but missed it . So , she stated she called to inform me that they were out of It. Sausage and that she had to cancel due to no response but if i give her a minute she’ll be able to assist and added she’ll take care of me. So I waited for 30 mins and watched her do her thing knocking them orders out as they came through No Complaints . Had she been upset , frustrated or even had an attitude due to being alone I more than likely would’ve left. But the way she was sincere about the wait and being alone I made sure I stayed and she also accommodated me for waiting and thanked me for having patience. ❤️ She told me to come back and see her & I sure will. Thank you so much for going above & beyond with your customer service it definitely meant alot. Y’all be sure to go pull up & order with Ms TWILLA ?

It took 2.5 hours for my order to be delivered to me after I had to drive to the location twice, The manager that was SUPPOSED to be in charge was ridiculous, He was rude ands yelled at me from the back of the store and refused to refund my money!
