I called and placed an order to be delivered. It said it was delivered at 11:48am. I went to Main Office and no pizza. I tried calling the store on classroom phone, cell phone, and secretary called. No one answered the phone at all. The delivery guy called and said he was on his way. I told him, it said delivered at 11:48am. He said, they say it been delivered and drivers haven't received the items yet to be delivered. I finall y got pizza 5 minutes before my lunch break ended. It was wrong crust, dry, and looked a mess. They were not that busy they couldn't answer the phones. They should shut this Pizza Hut.

3rd time trying to order from them. App always says it's delivered 30-60 minutes before it actually arrives. Phone number goes to corporate who can't verify order, order finally comes another 30 minutes later. Missed items. And the food tasted disgusting. On a side note, tried the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch. Description says crispy chicken. It was chicken nuggets. And it was a couple mini pieces of canadian bacon... and it tasted gross! Asked the driver what to do, says they are always short staffed. And there's no point trying to call. But if I drive there on Monday the mgr can make it right. The whole point of delivery was to avoid another trip, and second, I work Mondays. Don't know what to do but post a review... maybe someone cares.

Very unprofessional!!! My order never came and it is now 4:11 ,, I called them 50 million times and they will pick up and put u on hold without even acknowledging u !! And I have phone recording of them doing it .. will be taking this further !!
There was an error with my online delivery order and my boyfriend decided to go up to the location to see what the issue was. The manager went OVER AND BEYOND! I want to say thank you for you professionalism, understanding and accommodations. THAT is how you handle a customer grievance!

DONT GET DELIVERY!!! I ordered delivery and waited a hour for them to tell me they delivered my food however no food was left outside and no one knocked on my door, regardless of the fact that I chose hand to me. I called the store to figure out how to receive my order, didn’t say hello or anything just said “ I am gonna put you on hold” sat on hold for 30 minutes never got my food wasted $25 And my kids starved had to split a pack of ramen noodles. If you not picking up they don’t care about your food.

The pizza was cold dry no sauce on it overcooked The store in Shreveport, Louisiana on N. Market St. they have a rude attitude. They will not refund me my money. They gave me something. I did not ask for and did not pay for. I would not be ordering no more pizza from them for my grandkids.They need to make sure that they employees have gloves on at all time they be outside, taking out trash, using the restroom and coming back into the building and fixing our food with they hands.. And some of them have long fingernails on And they pick up our cheese meat And other food items to put on the pizza, please fix it
