Bad customer service had a problem because I returned my undone pizza bad customer service and very rude pizza was not done and topping sliding off the pizza and then the manger had the nerves to tell me they don’t do return. Never visit this location again

orders regularly late despite store never being busy and drivers cannot find a appt one mile down the road so they just cancel your order and don't refund you garbage location pick any other

The pizza melt was folded wrong, causing the crust not to be completely baked. The pepperoni pizza tasted like it had a mix of BBQ and marinara sauces. The Cinnabon minis weren't completely cooked. I will NOT be ordering from this store again.

Called once and got hung up on. Called again and got the order put in but when door dash showed up half our order was missing.

Got a personal pan pizza ( Pesto Margherita) and cheese sticks. Added chicken to the pizza which was good but there was NO PESTO. The pesto is the reason why I wanted the pizza in the first place so it was disappointing that they neglected to put any on the pizza. The cheese sticks were delicious. But the next time I order the Pesto Margherita pizza, I expect there to be pesto on it.

The Doordasher charged me the wrong price. Miscommunication, I'm sure. BUT Kassie at Shreveport/Barksdale went out of her way AND called Doordash and made EVERYTHING right! I didn't even ask or anything! Not even her mistake nor was she asked! Kassie went ABOVE and beyond! She is DEFINITELY an asset to Pizza Hut or ANY company that employs her! I work in food and beverage, and I can say this doesn't happen, EVER, anymore! She's a gem, and should be treated as such!

Order delayed twice and when I called to find out why, they hung up. Called back and got a pretty lame excuse. Pay cash here so you can cancel when they screw up.

I ordered a 36 piece mild buffalo wing and only got 22 wings. And before I knew I didn’t get all my food I even tipped the cashier. The food was delicious but I’m highly disappointed it wasn’t the right amount. I paid a lot of money for it. For wings and Cajun fries and drinks.

Since when is it ok to ASK for a tip at the window for handing me my food?? You did nothing more than the job you are paid to do! I picked the order up myself and rude and we won’t be back! If you want to make more money, move past an entry level job! Work for it!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and a 5 topping pizza with extra sauce. I got home and I received a cheese pizza with almost no sauce and a 3ish topping pizza with almost no sauce. And the pizza quality was 2 steps below Totino's pizza. I'm so sorry Johnny's that I cheated on you last night. Never again

Excuse me pizza hut but what is a sparkle doing in my marinara sauce? I ordered yesterday around 5pm and I’m knee deep in this sauce. I noticed something shiny and look what we have here…. Why are sparkles in the kitchen?
