Got a personal pan pizza ( Pesto Margherita) and cheese sticks. Added chicken to the pizza which was good but there was NO PESTO. The pesto is the reason why I wanted the pizza in the first place so it was disappointing that they neglected to put any on the pizza. The cheese sticks were delicious. But the next time I order the Pesto Margherita pizza, I expect there to be pesto on it.

The Doordasher charged me the wrong price. Miscommunication, I'm sure. BUT Kassie at Shreveport/Barksdale went out of her way AND called Doordash and made EVERYTHING right! I didn't even ask or anything! Not even her mistake nor was she asked! Kassie went ABOVE and beyond! She is DEFINITELY an asset to Pizza Hut or ANY company that employs her! I work in food and beverage, and I can say this doesn't happen, EVER, anymore! She's a gem, and should be treated...

Excuse me pizza hut but what is a sparkle doing in my marinara sauce? I ordered yesterday around 5pm and I’m knee deep in this sauce. I noticed something shiny and look what we have here…. Why are sparkles in the kitchen?
